The main issue is the lack of support…
The main issue is the lack of support and the unfair suspension of my account after I made legitimate purchases. Instead of addressing these problems, you're trying to shift the focus. My time and money were wasted, and this experience taught me to buy from well-known websites instead of third-party sellers. I advise others to do the same to avoid situations like this. But if you try to cover up lies to protect yourself by making false claims or accusations against me, know that these are simply untrue. Let’s stick to the facts and focus on the real problem: the way I was treated as a customer. You know how may product, plugin i purchased from you and all of them still have bills! if anyone or you wanted, i can share you! How dare to reply this way shows your character! How i got in to your trap and your fake senario here... No more words!

Thanks for your third feedback, we appretiate it. We will not include today's harashment, attacks and insults you've shown on our live support. It shows person character.
In our system we evidence 1 valid order on your account few years back (and one was refunded for your convenience).
We provide support to paid products only. For free products please use support forums, we do not have capacity to cover these.
We also state this information on each product page.
Anyway, our team focus to answer/direct each topic on forums, feel free to use forums anytime.

No support whatsoever from this company. I have wasted so much money buying their plugins and themes and they will not help in anyway to offer support. No more purchases from this company.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, no matter if you bought 1 or 20 products, we only provide support on these products and not on Osclass itself, Osclass configuration & setup or free products.
Feel free to use forums or documentation if you have questions on these 😉
no serious team
this company doesn't care about you or how you use their product after you made the purchase. they setup different users up against each other. they let you pay for custom modifications but also other users for the exact same thing.

Thanks for your feedback. You are correct, we do not care how customers use our products, it's not our business and there is no reason why we should care.
We also charge for custom service/work, as any other company does, at fair price and final price is known before you pay for customization. We do not force anyone to use our customization service, there are also many developers on fiverr as example, however most customers valuate our skills and expertise in Osclass and speed of delivery.
I cannot remember we would ever do customization that would be requested by multiple customers at same time, anyway we are not against if customers join together to share development cost - that's absolutely fine for us.
