Oshoppu Avis 

Seeing the negative review I felt compelled to tell my story about what happened when something went wrong. We have ordered countless times from Oshoppu and it has always been a pleasure. On one occasion they accidentally sent the wrong item (which was actually more expensive than what was ordered). I contacted them directly and they were fantastic. The correct plush was immediately sent out and arrangements were being made to return the wrong item at no cost to me. However we had fallen in love with the other plush too so asked if we could pay for it and keep it. Luckily no-one else was waiting for it so we could and Oshoppu even refused to take the full amount so we got a very generous discount, refunded postage and two adorable plushies! Mistakes can happen but how a company handles them is telling. Oshoppu quickly rectified their mistake all while being professional, kind, helpful and generous. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had a great experience with Oshoppu- they answered my questions so quickly and I received my item within 24 hours of ordering!

I adore ordering from this shop, have done several times and will continue to come back and get kawaii goods that I can't easily get for a reasonable price anywhere else in the UK. I got an Usahana plushie here last time I ordered that was like double the price anywhere else to import from Japan. Don't hesitate to order here, they're one of the good ones!

BAD Service,Bad experience!

Good shipping and it arrived safely. The only problem I had was when one of my items was out of stock I was just refunded and not contacted. I would have chosen something else if given the option but would have liked an email that it was out of stock at lease

Really happy to get some frieren cards however I will say they are quite expensive here considering you can get a whole booster box for £33.

My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. When unfortunately some of it did not suit my needs, a return was arranged straight away and without issue.

I love this shopp. My order had some problem during the shipment, eventhough it was not her fault but she still sent me another one so i didn’t have to wait. The service and product are 10/10.

It took nigh on two weeks to receive my order despite living in the same country, I sent two emails which weren't acknowledged let alone answered, and when I did manage to bring up an issue over Instagram, there was no satisfactory resolution offered

I've made many purchases from this shop now and I'm always really happy with everything. The shop sells so many amazing items from Japan that you can't find anywhere else. Everything always arrives wrapped well and the items are of great quality. The owner is always lovely and helpful and I'll most definitely continue to shop here.

Quick and easy to track

The website is easy to navigate through and I found what I was looking for really quickly.My order was packaged beautifully and arrived with no damage. My mum had bought me a nendroid for my birthday and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase :) ❤️❤️❤️

I brought a Spy X Family mystery bundle, I love everything in it and it is amazing value for money. The only downside is I would have liked a mixture of characters, all the items were of just the one. However that's the risk you take with a mystery bag. It arrived well packaged and within a reasonable timeframe.

Really unique shop, absolutely love all the Sanrio things! Really fast delivery and my daughter is obsessed with all her Cinnamoroll stuff!
