Was my 2nd visit to OSIM Richmond Center, Canada. Found the sales team knowledgeable and helpful in their products and supporting both my investment in massage equipment as well as gifts for my family. Bring your questions to the team and try out the products. I have been interested in OSIM products since seeing it in Singapore before Covid and excited to purchase now for my family here.

The comfort with the massage chairs is beyond expectations. It helps with sciatica and other muscle pains that other devices seem to not address. In one words, saying goodbye to pain! And not to mention the exceptional customer experience!
