Highly recommend Otter Windows. From start to finish they have been excellent.
Ease of booking an appointment, Lance visited and was extremely, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. Debbie in the office excellent customer service, survey carried out quickly and excellent.
Paul our fitter absolute star his precision and experience is first class. He is excellent and such a clean workman and the care and attention to detail leaves us with a beautiful front door. We are absolutely delighted with our new front door and thank Otter Windows for a fantastic experience. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had a minor issue and Mr capon resolved it very quickly

Had a minor issue with a couple of doors, not faulty product, just adjustments needed. John Capon came out next day and sorted free of charge. They were excellent when we had a conservatory and two new doors two years ago and this was excellent follow up service. Highly recommended.

I visited Otter Windows for advice. I had used this Company for complete changing of our windows several years ago and the work they did and service they gave me was fantastic. I had a front door fitted by a different company and was having trouble closing and locking it. This was my reason for visiting Otter Windows again. I explained the problem and asked if they could give me any tips to improve the situation. Immediately John said it was a simple task and he would come up straight away. As I was shopping he said he would call later.
That afternoon he came and immediately put the problem right. I couldn't believe the service, especially as his company hadn't supplied and fitted the door. On top of this he wouldn't charge for his time, saying we were existing customers and they believe in good after sales service. These days it is a pleasure to see that there are still some nice, friendly and very professional people in the world.

Window are great and was a really easy process. The fitters Chris and Ian did a fantastic job and the team were very helpful

Paul Kendall did us a fine job and even offered to assist me putting up a new blind to accompany the French Doors he was fitting! I had to confess the blinds were yet to arrive! The doors simply look as if they have always been there. All good and thank you.

Had all our windows replaced throughout the house by otter windows. Minus the issue with one being wrong size and pegged back the install a few weeks (which turned out not to be the case whatsoever).

Cannot fault Ian & Chris who were lovely chaps and very clean, prompt and professional throughout. Debbie was brilliant throughout considering she was ill for over a month.

We dealt with Otter Windows recently, as we needed a repair to our front door, an external UPVC door.
We went to their showroom in Exeter and the member of staff was very helpful and recommended a visit from a senior member of their staff, John Capon. He came to our house, assessed the situation, and said he thought he could sort out the problem, and duly did so. We were very impressed with his experienced and professional manner, and would not hesitate to recommend him and his company. Thankyou.

John Capon from Otter Windows goes truly above and beyond in advice and assistance. We wanted a new door to solve a problematic letter box that the suppliers were unable to resolve. Unfortunately our door size is way outside the normal height and therefore a replacement door was out of the equation. But John was not deterred and set about removing the letter box with a replacement that the original door manufacturers were unable to do. Result, job done! The cost... free of charge! We are considering a conservatory some time in the future and John's professionalism and knowledge will certainly mean we will be returning to Otter Windows. Thank you John!

Truly a great local company combined with great after sales service. Had porch and front doors installed a few years ago, after contacting Otter Windows, John Capon a man all knowing in this field, promptly arrived and corrected both problems in a true professional manner. I can not rate this company high enough and have recommended them many times.
