this power station has made our life easier, it last long time, of course always taking into consideration to use only the appliances that we really need at home, never forget it is meant to provide electricity during certain hours of power failures. i have my own of 3600watt and works super good, i feel confident that i can sleep weel during power failures, and where i live, we have many of them. Also 2 of my family members already bought one of 1800 watt.. They are very huppy about the purchase. i strongly recommend Outkitel power stations.

The product is great quality and has an array of different ports for all different uses. A substantial capacity and great utility and quality. I had one issue with shipping that was quickly addressed. Definitely recommend!

No customer support during the buying process. I am planning for an off grid setup and needed some assistance in planning to purchase enough capacity. Sent three emails to support, got one back that said we are here to help, ask any question. Never received a reply.

The speed of getting my power station repaired and returned was amazing!

The first P1000Plus worked well for my needs but unfortunately the inverter failed after 6 months of use and was unable to even take a charge. I contacted customer support to request warranty repair/replacement and although the unit couldn't be repaired, they stood by their product and issued a replacement. So far, the machine functions just as well as the original and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. This company went above and beyond to meet my needs and for that I am truly grateful! Thanks again Oukitel, your reputation precedes you and I look forward to doing business again in the future.

Very pleased with the bp2000 & b2000 combo. Customer service went out of their way to take care of my needs.

It can support a full day of power for my computer, scanner, and other devices, which is very important. It also has multiple output ports that allow me to charge several devices at the same time.

Parts arrived quickly and were a great fit! Installation was easy and everything worked as advertised

Quick delivery and well done products

Received my P2001 plus it arrived in a week. Packed very well in 2 boxes. Got it at 50% used my CPAP for 10 hrs. Went to 30%. Very quiet machine. Very sturdy then the P2001 like the app feature on the P2001 plus. Customer service rep that help me was very helpful ( Daisy)

The communication with your company about delivery was very good. We have just a PO Box address and they helped us very much to get the generator on the first delivery...FedEx doesn't deliver to PO Boxes so we had some problems getting it delivered but all worked out just fine.

My P2001plus just arrived and right out of the box it Works great. Now an integral part of my off grid system paired with a 420 watt panel to power two refrigerators, fans, and lights 😀 👏
