I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from Outlet Rush! As others have noted, their ad displays a misleading reference to Nordstrom and boasts a “100% Risk Free Purchase” and claims that if not satisfied with your purchase, they will “make it right by offering you a replacement or refund. 100%Simple Risk-Free process.” What a bunch of hogwash! The ad for the Peter Pan collar top is advertised to be “38% Linen, 62% Cotton Material”. What arrived was made of 100% polyester. I asked for a refund and, at their request, provided the order number, sku numbers of the items, photos of items ordered, a screenshot of the ad specifying the fabric content I ordered, a photo of the tag labeled 100% polyester, and the tracking number for the shipment. They offered me a 10% refund. After I reminded them that it was THEIR failure to comply with their own advertised products, they would need to honor their advertised return and refund policy and fully refund my purchase. They responded that a 15% refund is the best they can give. I don’t know what organization I can turn to for getting a refund and preventing other online shoppers from getting scammed the way many of us have, but I sure wish I did!
FYI ladies, Amazon is selling the same top for less than half of what we all paid, and Amazon will stand behind their customers.

This company is nonresponsive. Their products are not what they represent them to be and even though it says you can return them they just ignore you and you’re stuck with their crap I would not ever recommend anybody buy anything from this company if I could give them zero stars I would.

I ordered a PeterPan Collar V-neck short-sleeve top in Cotton-linen size M in white. What I received was nothing like the advertisement. It was not textured like the picture. It was not Cotton-linen. It did not have a PeterPan Collar. It did have a big dark mark the left side of the collar. I followed the return instructions on the website to request a refund. They offered me a 10% refund and told me to keep the top. I declined and asked for the address to return the item. They offered me $10 and did not provide the return address. I declined and asked for the return address. They offered me $15 and told me that it would cost me $20 to send the top back and it would take a month to process the refund once they verified the damaged item. I told them I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a complaint with my state’s Attorney General and leaving accurate but negative reviews on TrustPilot and other websites. Do not deal with this company!!!

The advertisement said Nordstrom with a picture of the blouse. I didn’t notice until I paid it took me to another site. Product was cheap, cheap, cheap. The advertising said 30 day return. The xs was huge on me. They wanted pictures of product, label and tracking number. I sent all of it, haven’t heard back.

The product was totally inferior to what was shown. Cheap, poor construction of shirts that were ordered, and they were not low cost. I requested a return of product, and refund, and was offered a 10% refund only. My order was $100 for 3 shirts, so a $10 refund was not accepted. They also demanded pictures of the products with original labels, and pictures of outer shipping package.

The online ad implied the items were from Nordstrom but were actually from this website, outletrush.com. The items I received were very poor quality with no labels or branding attached at all. The return information on their website said to contact customer service for return information. I did that and received a return email asking me why I wanted to return the items but didn't provide me with the information to actually start the return. I have since emailed 4 times asking for return instructions with no replies. The last 2 emails were returned to me as "failure to deliver". I will be pursuing this through my credit card company.

Product is not what it appears in the pictures. Poor quality, flimsy fabric. Second time I’ve ordered from this company and items were of poor quality. Don’t order from these companies!

I ordered 3 tops costing over $100. They didn’t fit. In addition, the quality is extremely poor. They have no tags in them indicating how to launder but it doesn’t matter because they would probably fall apart. I am now in the process of trying to return them. They requested pictures (really?) and offered a $10 credit. This process is a joke and I think just a way to discourage people from trying to get their money back. If I don’t get any satisfaction from them, I will contact my credit card company.

Would give a 0 if I could. I ordered the Peter Pan collar shirt and it is severely ill-manufactured. How they put a well known company’s name like Nordstrom on their page is absurd; false advertising. Now I have been trying to get return/refund information and they just want to give me a very small percentage to ‘shut’ me up . This has been going on for well over a a week. I don’t understand how they are permitted to operate.

Absolute garbage. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Super cute shirt on the website said it was linen /cotton. When I received my order it’s scratchy cheap material that says 100% polyester. Run!!! do NOT be taken like I was. They ended up (after many emails back and forth) refunding me $15.

The shirt is nothing like the ad. It’s cheap material, nothing like the flowy, stretchy material displayed. It sizes very small, like everything made in China.

I ordered a shirt based on the add and description but it arrived nothing like I imagined. It took so long to get here and then it is made with what feels like cheap sheet material! It turned out a wrinkled mess once I washed it. Terrible! I will never purchase from this store again.

This advertisement showed “Nordstrom’s” which is very reputable. Top arrived . There are no labels saying Nordstrom’s. It’s made in China. I wear a medium. I ordered a large - it’s too small. Buyer beware!

I’m just wondering what your brand has to do with Nordstrom, a name l recognize and trust. Your ads feature Nordstrom by name, but I don’t see the connection. Thanks for favor of a reply.
