Five stars! The stroller came quick and was well packaged and explainable. Love the rain cover and so thrilled to own it. One thing today I was wishing for, was, cup holders or some sort of bottle/drink holder!!

Sturdy Double Stroller!
We received our Nipper V5 double and I’m super impressed! It has a great quality design, sturdy, rolls easily, handles uneven terrain easily and soooo much more narrow than another double jogger I’ve tried. I can actually comfortably fit through a door without having to finagle it every which way to get through. The bassinet attachment is great and sturdy, a little narrow, but not narrow enough where baby isn’t comfy. Very pleased!

Poor customer service, out of stock, don't bother with next day delivery.
Poor customer service can't answer questions slow to reply to emails and don't answer the phone. Products aren't as good as they're cracked up to be. Products and parts seem to be out of stock a lot. Having placed 2 orders the first I paid next day delivery on which was waste of money. Very slow to be sent out arrived about a week later. Tried to complain but went un answered. The second order was ok having learnt my lesson not to pay next day delivery. Personally if I didn't have already have an Out n About I'd not buy from them again. But unfortunately the only place to get parts is from them. Hopefully they up there game and sort out the service.

Bought a V6 double and front rider, the V6 had a terrible quality finish on it - the ends of fabric and just generally not good quality, I was offered replacement fabrics, which they didn’t have, then 10% refund which I declined, I packaged up and sent all back and have never been refunded for the front rider, I have e mailed now 3 times and am being ignored, terrible customer service and a total scam, avoid

I got an Out’n’About double nipper
I got an Out’n’About double nipper. I love it! My granddaughter is trying to climb in it even when we’re not going anywhere she loves it so much. It’s very high quality, and so worth the price. I would recommend this to everyone. We have taken it everywhere this week and it has made our lives so much easier.

Great! Order was delayed emailed and got response straight away then the pram was put on immediate delivery received it in 3 days to Ireland. They also gave me a free cup holder and puncture kit for the delay.

Two great experiences with OutnAbout
Two great experiences with OutnAbout - firstly the product, Nipper Sport v5 is an absolute off road beast. If you are looking for a pram that can handle it all, look no further. Can handle trails like a breeze with no annoying mud clogging. Second experience was with Lee Pietersen from Customer Service - some logistical issues on both sides were dealt with promptly and in good faith. Genuinely awesome customer service and care. Thanks

Very Poor Service and Communication for an Almost £1000 Order
I placed an order (#35886) with Out ’n’ About on 1 December and the experience was far more stressful than it should be for a purchase of this value. There were no updates, no dispatch notifications and no communication when the delivery window passed. I had to chase them just to find out what was happening.
The only replies I initially received were from their support bot which simply repeated the same line again and again without offering any useful information. AI should make things easier. In this case it added friction. I work with supercomputers and storage systems for a living and yet I had less visibility into this order than I have into large scale computing clusters. A customer should not have to reverse engineer a basic retail workflow.
The courier logs showed that the parcel only entered the network after I started chasing. Even then I did not receive a dispatch email. The order arrived in two separate deliveries with no explanation, and by the time the second had arrived the order was still incomplete.
The first human reply did not arrive until 18 December, a full week after I began contacting them. That reply did not acknowledge the delays, the lack of updates, the split deliveries or the fact the order was still incomplete. It simply confirmed that something had been delivered, which did not address the actual problem.
For a company selling a premium product, the handling of the order and the communication around it fell below expectations.
Looking at the recent reviews, my experience is not unusual. Over the last three months the average rating based on customer feedback sits at roughly 2.3 out of 5, which is a long way from the company’s published overall score. Many reviewers report the same issues I encountered: delayed dispatch, missing items, no communication, phones going unanswered and repeated AI bot responses instead of real support. Positive experiences do exist, but the recurring problems form a clear pattern rather than isolated incidents. My order 35886 followed the same trajectory. I have written a detailed timeline titled “my-experience-with-out-n-about-a-detailed-timeline-of-delays-poor-communication-and-a-still-incomplete-order” on my site qsplace.co.uk, which documents the dates, messages and courier activity. Out'n'About, please do not respond with a generic message saying you will investigate. Customers are looking for more than acknowledgements at this point. What would actually help is a public explanation of how delays, missing items and communication failures have become so common, and what concrete steps are being taken to fix them. You can do this without sharing any personal information, and it would show genuine accountability rather than another scripted reply.

Thank you for replying here, but accountability is needed now. I cannot confirm which items are missing until you first confirm what your warehouse actually dispatched for order 35886. You already hold this information. A retailer should have clear records of what was packed and sent, and customers should not be asked to rebuild your fulfilment logs for you.
This is not an isolated situation. Many recent reviewers report missing items, delayed dispatches, unanswered phones, incorrect system updates and the same pattern of customers being asked to explain the company’s own fulfilment. When that many people describe the same issues, it points to a wider process failure.
Before asking customers to fill in the gaps, you should address this publicly and explain what is causing these fulfilment and communication problems, and what steps you are taking to resolve them. That would demonstrate accountability rather than shifting the responsibility back onto the customer.
Once you confirm what your records say was dispatched, I will confirm whether that matches what has arrived. If this cannot be resolved promptly, the next move is mine and I will escalate formally through the payment processor.
DISAPPOINTED
I bought a double V5 after a fantastic experience with my single V4. However, upon arrival, I noticed a significant difference and the overall quality fell short of their usual standards. The frame felt flimsy, especially compared to the previous versions.
The bar’s thinness was pointless and cheap-looking. Within two weeks, the form around the handle broke. My two-year-old single V4 had a foam that was still in good shape despite some wear.
I emailed the company, explaining the problem and reminding them of my consumer rights twice before they finally sent a replacement. The zip on both hoods broke on the first use, and I had to email again to find out where it was.
It took seven working days for them to send the replacement. I had to email again to check on its status.
I used to highly recommend this company, especially for their pushchairs. However, this experience has made me reconsider. I won’t be recommending or buying new from them.
It’s a shame.

Pram just arrived - quick delivery and seems to be good quality but there were no instructions and it took a while finding the right video online. I was surprised to need a screwdriver too which delayed our ability to assemble it all. But now it’s up it seems great and the twins are happy! Excited to get out n about with it!
