Excellent warranty customer service
I have always loved my out n about nipper v5, I've used it since newborn with the carrycot attachment. It has done a lot of off road miles because we live on a farm.
I was heartbroken when one of the clips that attached the hood broke. I didn't buy the pushchair direct from Out n About, but made contact with them as it was still within the 2 year warranty. The customer service team were amazing, I just had to send proof of purchase and a photo of the issue and they sent out replacement parts the same day, no quibble.
I didn't think it was possible to love out n about any more, but now I do!

I purchased an Out n About Nipper V6…
I purchased an Out n About Nipper V6 approximately 4 weeks ago and unfortunately experienced a very serious safety incident.
While in normal use, the buggy suddenly collapsed whilst my 5-month-old baby was seated inside and my toddler was using the front rider feature. My toddler was thrown forward and sustained injuries. Thankfully my baby was not physically harmed, but the incident was extremely distressing.
After researching further, I became aware of the existing inspection/repair programme relating to hinge/weld issues on this model. Although my batch number was reportedly not affected the nature of the failure appeared very similar.
Initially I was offered a repair which I did not feel was appropriate given the circumstances and loss of confidence in the product. After escalation the company has now agreed to collect the buggy for assessment and arrange a refund.
I appreciate that the matter has now been escalated and partly resolved, however the collapse itself was extremely concerning and I felt it was important to share my experience with others.

Order never shipped, no resolution
We ordered an item from Out'n'About a month ago. After a week, when we hadn't received the item, we checked the tracking number and realised Royal Mail said they were still awaiting the item from the shipper.
The customer service was abysmal after that. An autoresponse gave us the tracking number and instructed us to reply if we needed to talk to a "human" ... and then the human gave us the tracking number again, rather than reading our message that indicated there was nothing associated with the tracking number. We then went back and forth to no avail.
At this point, customer service has gone silent. They last contacted us a week ago saying they'd have an answer for us that same day. Their logstics department says the item was shipped, Royal Mail doesn't have any tracking information, and we've disputed the charge with our credit card company lacking any other option.
We can't quite make sense of what's going on here, to be candid. We already own a buggy from the company, but at this point, we're unlikely to ever purchase anything again and have stopped recommending them to others.

All communication was swift and extremely helpful. Our buggy was picked up with ease and the problem fixed and our buggy back to us within a week. Could not be more thankful!

Customer service needs a lot of work
Ordered a bumper bar on April 23rd, recieved a shipping confirmation on April 24th and still haven’t recieved item. No tracking etc available, emailed an agent twice who said they’ll send tracking info & see where it is and haven’t heard anything since. Buggy’s are fab but customer service is very poor.. glad I didn’t place bigger order

A long frustrating ordering process
We originally purchased from a local independent store in Bristol as they had a similar model which we could try and where offering the same price as through Out’n’About.
Unfortunately the expected arrival date just kept getting moved back seemingly with very limited information and only when chased which was frustrating for us and the retailer.
After our expected delivery date wash pushed back to September (we originally ordered our V6+ in February) we agreed to cancel the order with the retailer and purchase from Out’n’About through there website which gave a expected date of 28th April!
Through a series of events, which was DPDs fault for failing to deliver our buggy, Out’n’About where helpful when our buggy was finally shipped! Ironically in the end the retailer we originally purchased it from received the buggy we wanted before us and so we purchased it from them again and returned the one purchased online!
Despite the poor communication through the ordering process and unreliable delivery estimates we are thrilled with the actual product but would recommend only purchasing items in stock and ensuring you are in to accept the parcel from DPD at first attempt!

I love this pushchair
I love this pushchair. When it arrived there was a fault with the harness which was really disappointing. However it was quickly sorted out and a replacement sent. Excellent customer service .

Service and Refurb
Just got my workhorse of a V4 back after a refurb and service . I am absolutely delighted with the buggy , which now looks as new . Can’t fault the speed of the service - 2 weeks from order to return , which included an initial 6 day delay whilst awaiting the parts and fabrics to be delivered to me . Collected by DPD Monday , messaged yesterday by the service engineer, Rocco , to say work completed , and returned today . First class service in more ways than one .
If you’re in two minds as to whether this is worth the expense I can highly recommend .
