OwlsMatrix Avis

I saw their Hawaiian shirts advertised through Facebook and took a look at their site. There was a great selection of stuff and they had my size, so I thought I'd risk it and place an order- which I wouldn't normally do for Facebook advertisers.

Anyway, payment went through, I was sent notification of my order then a receipt by email and later shipping details. There are also shipment updates through the Shopify app.

Took a while to arrive but the shirt was exactly as described on the website. The print quality is great, but I wouldn't wear the shirt too close to an open flame as it appears to be 100% synthetic materials and I'm not sure how fireproof it might turn out to be.

I have never had to take up an issue with the company, so I don't know what that experience would be like. I've placed three orders with them to date and so far I've not had any negative experiences.

I should add that judging by the invoice numbers of my orders- a year apart- they process in excess of 100 orders each day.

Deducting a star for the time it takes for items to arrive.

Thank you Owl Ohh for this Grazy hawaii blouse really cool end trippy

Wore the shirt for the first time today. Fits well and looks good! Trust pilot too complicated. Can’t figure it out!

My top never matched the given sizes. Ibwas really disappointed with this and the company where not interested

Shirts are super Comforatble, soft and light to touch , but feel durable. Not scratchy or anything like that...

This is a company that has awesome products and hard to find clothing.I love the shirts I ordered and shared the company name with friends. We large people can't find clothing that fits this is the place to go.thank you OwlOhh.I will be ordering again.

Great product. Awesome quality. Very comfortable

I have to give you 1 star. Your a ZERO TO ME. Owl Matrix ruined our father's day presents by sending us defective hats. Email after email trying to get them to honor what I paid for they still haven't fixed their mistake. Father's day was in June this us August and I still don't have what I paid for. Bottom line this company doesn't HONOR THEY'RE BRAND!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Shipping may take a little while, but they have great stuff. Cool caps and shirts!

I had gotten a Hawaiian shirt to be delivered to my brother in another state for a birthday present. I notified them that they had his address as a billing address and I wanted to correct that to make sure the billing went through correctly and they were rather snarky in the replies. I placed an order on June 7th to be delivered to Kansas and here it's June 21st and it still seems like it's stuck at its shipping partner facility and USPS still doesn't have it. I should have read the reviews before I made a purchase through this crappy ass company and now that I've read about the poor quality of the product I'll be embarrassed when he gets it. I try to avoid china-based companies and I have no idea where these people are.

company is a scam, terrible customer service and crappy product

Wir konnten alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit lösen.
Vielen danke für alles.
Wenn ich neue Produkte entdecke, bestelle ich gerne wieder.

Finally have a show shirt for on stage that fits comfortably and looks nice! Thank you

AMAZING AMAZING company to order from. Their designs are unique and created in such a manner that they look like shirts that cost three times what they are asking for them. You have to notice and appreciate the area where the design, in the fabric, creates a complete picture of the object on the front. That's one sign of high quality for others. TY for being so amazing.

Great service. I plan to buy other products soon.
I am very satisfied with the service provided to me.

Absolutely love this company. Wide choice of products, good quality and excellent delivery. Really pleased with everything I've bought. Will definitely keep coming back. Thank you.

Very poor logistics. To much bureaucracy. Possibly they can forget to pack your item.

Great experience, first class service

Not only do these people at Owlsmatrix sell some quality products, not only at good prices & a reasonable shipment speed.
Even after my package showed up with a huge hole in it, one of the items missing from it. -The support staff contacted the shipping firm to figure out what went wrong.
After considering the possibility of theft, they went ahead and asked for the details of the missing product. -In order to resend a replacement free of charge.

I trust Owls-matrix, they care about customer satisfaction, and I'll be sure to visit their site again in the future.
11/10 would shop again.
