My experience with OW Markets has been…
My experience with OW Markets has been disappointing, particularly when it comes to withdrawals and customer service.
Withdrawals have been slow, with limited communication or clarity on timeframes. This becomes frustrating when you’re dealing with your own funds and are left chasing updates rather than being kept informed.
Customer support has also been slow to respond, which adds to the overall uncertainty and lack of confidence in the process.
I also noticed a 5-star review on here from someone named Faisal, who is (or was) my assigned account manager. While I understand people can share their opinions, I think it’s important for others to be aware that reviews from individuals directly connected to the company or client accounts may not reflect an independent customer experience.
Overall, I would recommend approaching with caution and ensuring you’re comfortable with the withdrawal process and support levels before investing.

First, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that our clients’ satisfaction is a priority at OW Markets.
We would like to mention that our team has contacted you on several occasions and since then we have provided you with ARN for all withdrawals transactions, plus the tracking systems (online Visa and Mastercard) that your bank can track the transactions with.
We would also like to mention that we have different payment methods, and each withdrawal method must be compatible with the deposit method, in your case and because you have used Credit card as a deposit method, therefore the credit card was automatically used as withdrawal method.
Based on the above it’s important to know that when withdrawing via credit cards the process takes up to 14 business days to be deposited in your bank account via the PSPs (Payment Service Providers), which is not controlled by OW Markets and purely depends on banking process.
Again we would like to apologize for any inconvenience, and insure you that any delay had happened wasn’t internal as we were checking with the PSPs and you were informed of that by the team on separate channels (both email & chat), also we’ve shared all the updates that we’ve received from the PSPs immediately with you via the same channels.

تقوم بحظر الحسابات والاحتيال على العملاء بحجة تعدد الحسابات رغم أنهم اخبروني في البداية أن الشركة تدعم تعدد الحسابات. لقد حظرو حسابي وسرقو مبلغ 470 دولار . إنها شركة نصابة
تحديث على مراجعتي السابقة بعد رد الشركة:
ردّكم عام ومكرر ولا يطابق الحقيقة.
عند التسجيل، لم يكن هناك أي بند يمنع فتح أكثر من حساب على نفس الجهاز، بل دعمكم كتب لنا أن الشركة تسمح بتعدد الحسابات. بعد فترة قمتم بتغيير الشروط وإضافتها لاحقًا لتبرير حظر الحسابات.
كذلك، في شروط البونص كان مذكور بوضوح أن البونص يُخصم عند أول عملية سحب، لكن عند السحب لم يتم خصم البونص بل قمتم بحظر الحساب وسرقة الأرباح.
لدينا صور محادثات وشروط سابقة تثبت أنكم غير ملتزمين بما تكتبونه الآن. أنتم تقومون بتغيير القواعد بما يخدم مصلحتكم، وهذا ليس عدلاً ولا شفافية كما تدّعون
