Thank you for the review and for the feedback. From the desktop version, you can view and print monthly statements by clicking on each account under your "Holdings" on your Dashboard. Choose "Statements" and the month and year you want to view...going all the way back to when your account was created.
Statements or an account value over time is a feature that we would like to add to the mobile app in the future, but right now it is just on the desktop version.

I like how you can invest as much or as little as you want in precious metals. Lately the ways of taking delivery has changed. No platinum coins is a negative and only one ounce units. No palladium available.

Thank you for the review. Platinum and palladium are much more thinly traded markets and availability can be spotty. We will never take your money for something we can't be sure to put in your account and/or deliver.

I pay a 3.5% premium for purchase and then up to 20%
to take delivery/ Seems excessive?. I have been a customer for a long time. I will continue to purchase, but there are certainly better alternatives out there

Thank you for the review and for the feedback. Even though we do things a bit differently (accumulation, then delivery if requested), the all-in price is very competitive to other places you can obtain silver.
The 20% you are speaking of would be for American Silver Eagles, which have the highest premium. The premium for those is currently 19.25% (as of 1/29/24).
If you wanted a lower premium item, 100-oz bars are 3%...1-oz rounds are 6%...so there are other options to keep your overall cost per ounce lower.
