There is no way to cancel your subscription when you realise that the site lags and crashes so often it is unusable. Ps there is nothing wrong with my Internet speed or bandwidth. The customer service is shocking too with no-one responding to communications. Don't waste your money and time.

Scam scam scam. No ability to cancel either on the website or via app store subscriptions. They take money without prior notification. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t have any negatives with this app. I pay yearly and even then it isn’t expensive compared to other apps and it’s got so much on it. I always work through challenges so I never have to think about what I’m doing and next and every now and then I will add some yoga for stretching. There are always plenty of easy and more difficult options, so there is plenty for everyone. I can’t find one fault, and I’ve lost weight and got fitter. Thank team ❤️

Workouts were quite good. But didn’t want to continue my subscription after a free trial period. Now the fun, trying to cancel my subscription! Can’t cancel in the app, can’t cancel on the website, can’t cancel via the App Store as the (not very supportive) support section says. Can’t delete my payment method. Have sent a live chat message but am not hopeful. Can’t believe someone so well known has put their name on this. Will have to contact my bank

Today the 17th May 2024 I noticed a pending transaction, that I wasn't aware of £65, on investigating my account the same sum of money was taken out the same time 2023.
I believed that I have cancelled this many years back. Now I can't cancel a pending transaction and when I log on to OYG it won't let me cancel my membership, and the only detail this company holds for me is my card detail and email address. Disgusting that there is no actual communication. Surely the Company should have scruples and monitor if someone is logging on/ using the app. Which I haven't for over two years. I am fuming

Yep - I agree with previous comments. I thought I'd cancelled my subscription only to be charged another £50 quid - and I can't find an option to get my money back!! Whatever you do - DON'T SIGN UP!! 😡

Absolutely love own your goals.
I struggle with repetitive times and days of commiting to a gym and have found myself pinging from one thing to another and needed something that I could do on demand when I wanted.
I came across OYG last July and I have been using it ever since its even helped me keep to the one regular HiTTs class at my local yoga centre that i did love as I am able to bolster that with OYG to make up my 4 work outs a week. I love the fact you can dip in and out from a myriad of work outs I have a couple of trainers I really like and they have taken me on a journey into weights HITTs which I am loving. I also like to have a bit of fun so one day a week I a pick a random workout. I used the desk top version rather than app and blue tooth to speakers for sound. Never had a problem....there are so many options to choose from and yes there are varying degrees of sound quality but I see that as progress as the trainers and the site have evolved over time never been a blocker and some of my favourite workouts are from a few years ago. I love that there are always new things to try but also use love going back to my favs. I love the new favourite feature so I have built up my own personal bank of workouts. The strictly dance up,odds were great and add to the fun...and I think that what I love, this site made me love getting fit again with a laugh and a smile. I can see my experience is different to some of the reviews here so I cannot comment on that but what I can say its works for me and is fabulous value for money so it gets 5 stars from me.

O sadly signed up two years ago but found the app hard to install and find on my phone meaning I soon got bored and then completely forgot I had it. I never received any notifications to remind me to use and my payments were via credit card which means they went unnoticed. I feel they didn’t do enough to enquire about use. It feels like I’ve been conned and to be fair I thought a brand like Davina would do more to support customers especially in these financially difficult times. Bad show Davina

Do not use this company, workouts are poor quality. They have just taken money out for a second year even though I cancelled my subscription.

‘Expressly waive the right to cancel in exchange for a refund within the first 14 days.’

So if you do change your mind within 14 days you have NO consumer rights - how do they get away with this?

I signed up on 2 January but have never been able to log into my accoubt. I have email support several times over the last 19 days and never get a response. I have paid £49.99 and can't even log in. I have asked for them to now refund me but doubt I will get a response. I wish I had read the reviews here before signing up as I wouldn't have bothered. I am now worried I will be charged again next year as I cannot access my account to cancel my subscription.

Do not sign up to this company! I cancelled 2 years ago & they illegally took out £49 this January! There is no response from anyone when you message constantly so I would advise to avoid them as there is no communication from them & this seems to be a common occurrence from what I’m seeing!!!!

Last week I signed up to OYG and paid £49.99. In the afternoon a further £59.99 was taken from my account. I emailed but did not receive a reply. I emailed again and still nothing. Waiting for my £59.99 to be returned.

I cancelled my membership last year, it clearly states, membership cancelled on my account, but money has been taken again this year. I've tried to contact the organisation via chat and email but not getting a response. I see other people have had the same issue

I paid for a year's membership in Nov 2022 and never used it. I didn't know it was on a rolling contract, so I was surprised to see the charge for another year - trying to cancel it, but nobody is getting back to me!

Workouts are boring and not practical for menopausal ladies with joint issues, nor for doing at home with minimal space or equipment. Completely put me off exercise rather than motivating me.

The workouts are good and there is a good range for all abilities.

The facebook community is supportive and the admin on there, Kit, is very helpful.

However, the app is one of the worst apps I've ever used. You have to log on every time you use it, it flicks to landscape and then doesn't go back. The option to 'favourite' a workout hasn't worked for almost 2 months and you just get told the 'tech team are working on it'. The casting option also rarely works. I actually think Davina would be embarrassed to have her name associated with such a poor app. If it was free, you could understand but at £10 a month there really isn't any excuse.

Sadly, the frustration of the app resulted in me leaving.

Like others they continue deduct money even after you cancel. I only found out as noticed it on my statement after a few months. I have had to block it from my bank but I do want a refund!!!

Still taking monthly payments despite asking via email for this to stop …app and online do not seem to have any functionality to cancel subscription payments 😤

49.99 came out of my bank account on 6/6/23, I cancelled on the same day (under the 14 day refund policy). They finally confirmed it has been credited on 15th June (9 days later) and can take 7-10 days. But still no refund.
Very disappointed in this company!
