I submitted a request for a consult. Jody Davis responded shortly and was on the schedule for an interview that same day. It was a very in depth information given over the different types of investments that I could do, risks and benefits of each. After, purchasing product I was well informed when I’d expect a shipment(s). When I was ready to invest more I just sent an email to Jody and she called to discuss my intentions and future purchase. Jody created the invoice and within 24 hours I had confirmation of purchase after funds were received. Shipping was expected to take 10-12 weeks. I got that shipment in a week and a half.

I reached out to Oxford Gold Group to learn more about investing in gold. I talked to Kelly Hyslop a Sr. Portfolio Manager for the group. Kelly was very informative, knowledgeable and patient when explaining everything to me. I feel that with Kelly's information I was able to good choices in starting my gold IRA. In the process a gentleman named Storm assisted me with transferring funds from my traditional IRA to the new one. Again Storm was efficient and professional with this process.
