I've been using Primeadine for over 3 months now. Almost instantly, I noticed an improvement in my sleep. I take it before bed time and my sleep scores (measured on my Sleep Cycle app in my iPhone) have increased from the 70's to the high 80s / low 90s. I've noticed that I have much more vivid dreams and I wake up feeling more rested.
Additionally, my hair loss has reduced and I can see a lot more new growth - even my eye lashes are thicker! My nail are also stronger and more glossy.

I've been taking Primeadine for 5 months, and what I have noticed more than anything is how great I'm sleeping. I am averaging 9 hours of sleep a night. I feel rested throughout the day and have stayed healthy -- I haven't even had a cold since taking it. For the last 2 1/2 months, I have only taken Primeadine so I could hone in on its benefits alone. Around this time, I got involved with a sports group that enjoys a variety of games, such as tennis, two-hand touch football, pickleball, racquetball and volleyball. Although I am older than everyone, my energy matches theirs, and sometimes outlasts even the youngest members who are in their 20s! I could not be happier with the benefits I've gained from taking Primeadine and am truly grateful it has become available to us in the States.

One month in and I’m finding new hair growing at the back of my head, so to that end I’m seeing a predicted outcome. Also, I’m finding energy levels and focus are improving.

So to that end, it looks like a good product, but that aside, these guys had an issue with exporting it to the UK and addressed it immediately with a free bottle.

Primeadine - I have been taking this for around 5 weeks. I have a much deeper sense of grounded calm, better deeper and longer sleep, more stable mood and sharper focus. Certainly has been a real support during these Covid striken times. Super interested to see hair colour changes too. Absolutely no downsides. The emergent information around this product looks more and more exciting... I am delighted to be taking it!

I love Primeadine! My hair and nails grew much stronger after I started taking it. I am sure my improved cells are responsible - they are being rejuvenated. I recommend it to anyone concerned about the effects of aging.

Tried Primeadine for two months ingesting just before bed time to optimize sleep. I was perhaps primed to look out for benefits of spermadine i.e. sleep, lash lengthening, thickening of hair, skin quality. These weren't hugely evident though my sleep did seem to have improved, my hair appeared darker. I suspected I mayn’t have taken Primeadine long enough for efficacy to have taken place, it would understandably vary from person to person. Since I've stopped however, I’ve noticed there has been more hair loss during each shampoo which I believe means while I was taking Primeadine, the surge of spermidine may have prolonged the life cycle of my hair follicles. I’m planning to take the tablets again after an interval as to note a more obvious difference once I resume.
