Prodotto di bassa qualità. Dopo una settimana di utilizzo, le calamite si sono staccate dalla plastica, rendendolo inutilizzabile.

Brilliant company
Installed gate openers and then after 2 years started having problems. I reached out to Oxygen for help and they were brilliant. I thought they wouldn't be interested but following a video of the problem they diagnosed the fault in UK from Italy. In the end the problem was a switch they didn't supply!
Would happily recommend this company.

I purchased the kit and to be honest wasn’t sure how good it would be for the price. I have to say I was delighted with the content and quality of the kit. Installation was pretty straightforward and the instructions very clear. I did have a few queries re sensors etc and I have to say the company couldn’t be more helpful answering my emails within no more than 30 minutes. They explained in none technical terms which I was very grateful for. I have no hesitation in giving them a five star review and would definitely recommend their products.

Absolutely exceptional service and communication. Ordered replacement gate parts and UPS delivered to the wrong address TWICE! A 3rd set was shipped by DHL which were delivered successfully. The company responded immediately and followed up for us and made sure we received our parts. They also kept us informed every step of the way via what’s app. Thank you again!

Excellent value fast shipping easy to use website I've fitted several brands of gate automation in the past and these are the easiest to fit and programme I've used these kits for 3 years and the only issue has been a keypad that ceased to work

Poor quality kit and no response to enquiry regarding a problem, had a customer who did a DIY install and has problems. I've messaged them via their contact form and he's emailed them, no response to either.
That's really poor, I've told the customer to remove it and buy a decent system.

I have now installed my Oxygen swing gate kit (to replace a kit from another company that was damaged by a lightning strike. The maker of that kit was unable/unwilling to supply replacement parts, so
I replaced it with a complete new Oxygen kit. Oxygen do supply a full range of replacement parts.

The Oxygen kit is superb quality, very good value and reasonably simple to install and program (for an amateur like me) . The service from Oxygen is extremely efficient.

We buy 2 sliding gate motors. Both don't work. the reducer does not work even in test mode - no load.Gears worn out after 5 minutes of work on the table - small metal chips in the body. Oxygen assumes no responsibility.

Any problems I just emailed them. Very fast and helpful responses. Easy install for a person with basic mechanical ability.

Great product and much cheaper than others on the market.

Sadly however, they provide a two page installation guide and nothing else is available online. The only thing I can find is hundreds of their customers asking for help and having the same wiring issues.......For a product that is supposed to be self installation this is truly awful.

There are a few official uTube videos, but they are all about 1 min long and no one talks or provides any information, just a control box with someone randomly pressing buttons.......how is this helpful?

If I had realised how little information and support they give, I would have paid more for another product. Providing a great product, with no support or guidance is nothing but 'false economy' for your company, because you will take more calls and more complains and no one will come back for repeat business.....
