Over the top customer service
Wow! is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of OxygenDirect.com. I ordered my first Portable Oxygen Concentrator or POC in Sept. 2020. It was a Precision Medical product. It came, I charged it up, then set it aside since I had no use immediately. A couple weeks later, I went to use it for doctor appt. and the alarm went off saying there was a problem with the internal electrical system. I contacted OxygenDirect to find out about getting it replaced/repaired. After a couple back and forth emails, manager (I think) Ryan said the product I bought was not the best and they'd had many problems. He said he wanted to replace my POC with a better one. The better POC was approx. $900 more than the one I purchased. He did not charge me the difference, sent the new one out that day along with prepaid labels to return the defective machine and the extra battery. All this at NO ADDITIONAL cost for the upgraded machine or shipping costs. All I had to do was pack up the returns, put the labels on and take to a UPS store.
Wow! What else can you say about a business that cares about their customers. Believe me, I have told everyone including my pulmonologist (to pass on to other COPD patients). How many companies would do that? I will continue to do business with them and want to publicly thank Ryan!

Now I need a portable
I recently bought my first portable oxygen machine from Sleep Direct/Oxygen Direct.com. An emotional time for sure. Getting used to the machine and the new life did not happen overnight. Then I realized I was feeling pretty darn good and able to do more. Then I realized it was running really hot, an Inogen G4. I let Greg, my sales rep, know what was going on half holding my breath preparing for a run around. He was on it. Sent me a loaner I never expected and had me send the machine back in. It was repaired with replacement parts and returned to me. Now not running quite as hot but still hot, hotter than the batteries are recommended to be at. I let Greg know again of my dissatisfaction. Next day I get an email a new one is on the way. I so appreciate Greg's quality customer service and Oxygen Direct's commitment to satisfaction. I did have to pay return shipping both times but I did not mind, a small part of the investment to have a smooth cool running machine. They shipped 3 times at their expense.

Really unprofessional company to shop…
Really unprofessional company to shop from . We ordered a pair of oxygen concentrator Column and was supposed to be shipped to us and it never did after a week.I followed up several times and apparently I couldn’t get on the phone with the supervisor. They said just email Greg. So the order was finally canceled at the end. I do not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.
