Oxygen Freejumping Avis 

Very bad place to visiting the manger and worker are unprofessional I do not recommend to anyone .
Today on 15/6/24 at 11:45-50 I had incident with one of worker ant oxygen free/ Acton . My daughter wanted a slush , When I was waiting to pay for a slash there were argument between one of worker and other customer with two kids . The worker was standing next to payment machine so I couldn’t reach the machine to pay . I asked her many times excuse me can you move I want to pay , then I tapped her on her shoulder to move but she didn’t , move . then she turned she said you pushed me I said no I didn’t and the other customer who was argument with her she was still there she told this worker doesn't do anything. Then after I paid the worker started to argument with me she claimed I pushed her , I said no I tapped you to move . Then she told me( I ask you to leave) ! I replied her what do you think your self I be been invited for birthday party . Then I back to my seat I was telling my friend what happened then the worker jumped into our table and started to shout at me and my friend in front of children and people around us which is unprofessional way , then the worker said I will call the manger . The manger arrived she started to argument with me and my friend instead of taking us in private room and solve the problem. At then end of party the manger she told me I will block your name you are not coming or bring your child to this place bcz of your behaviour !
I believe the manger unprofessional to discuss everything in front of everyone without considering about children around us or adults privacy…
She ruined my daughter’s birthday party.

Oxygen is a great place to bring the kids to keep them entertained.
The atmosphere is fun for the kids and the parents can watch them from the mezzanine while they play.
The staff are great and our daughter loves the holiday camp and the neon nights.
We would recommend the venue for birthday parties too.

Came across this when I was trying to find things to do with my 3 year old on a wet rainy day. He loves bouncing so this looked brilliant. An hour of jumping to entertain my toddler and give me a break! At £17 it was a bit on the expensive side but I was out of ideas for wet weather activities. Two buses later we had arrived, excited to jump but was told that 3-5 year olds need to be supervised and that I would also need to purchase a £17 ticket myself. Absolutely mortified at the prospect of paying £34 for an hour of jumping I explained that I wasn’t there to jump myself and that I was just trying to entertain my toddler. I was happy to stand on the side and watch but that wasn’t an option. After waiting 10 minutes for the manager I kept being met with a brick wall and being told “it was company policy.”
The only solution was to ask for a refund leaving my toddler completely disappointed and an overwhelmed mum even more so.
Why not advertise it for what it is and make toddlers £34 instead of falsely advertising £17 and then making it double when you arrive.

Chaos - signage is terrible, no order to the cafe, food is awful, dirty and unwashed. My friend waited 30 mins for her microwave potato to find out they hadn't put it on, ran out of forks and offered her a dirty one. I would add this was before the power cuts. Seems to be run primarily by teenagers and it's a weekend. Play bit kids said not as good as jump, slippery and sticky, rammed and hard to spot or roundup the kids! The party my daughter went to looked chaotic for the parents with no staff help.

I won't be back.

Absolutely shocking, not a touch on Base Jump. Extremely over priced they even want to charge you an extra £5 per child once you’re in there to climb the climbing wall, ripping people off left right & centre. Taken out a lot of good play apparatus unyet charging more. I would not recommend, bring back base jump!.

Kids love it - but from an adults prospective….
I disliked the way that children meet people with boiling hot drinks in mugs on the stairs and people walking about with hot drinks. Can’t you use takeaway ones with lids? Is there any Health & Safety Management going on here?
Upstairs was full so we carried the hot drinks downstairs and obviously children running about, I was worried I would scald someone.
Also - Please, please can you wash your mugs! You ran out when I was there and I could see they weren’t going to go through a dishwasher as you needed them quickly! Our mugs were filthy and you just re used them for us agreeing that they were dirty like it’s just the way it is.

Disgusting excuse for children’s entertainment! Refusing a child with downsyndrome! What? In this day and age and they think this is exceptable! My family travelled from Crawley to visit the Croydon park! Then got refused even after ringing ahead and also checking the website! Keep your money and go elsewhere is my recommendation! 0 stars!

Hated the attitude, really felt my disabled son was not welcome.

Absolutely dreadful !! Doesn't allow some children to play. Has some sort of disability apartheid system. Utter disgrace !! AVOID !!

Doesn't deserve even one star. Abyssmal company - avoid at all costs - find somewhere better to spend your money. Refusing entry to child with Downs syndrome - there are no excuses and to pass the bucjk to insurance company is disgraceful

Horrible experience. I would give Zero stars if I could!!
We were a group of 4 adults that booked an afternoon session for Sunday, 25th of February 2024. When we reached the jumping area (after having struggled with lockers to keep our personal belongings safe due to many of them being broken), we found ourselves unable to jump. All areas were full of kids (with their absolute right to jump around) therefore, we didn't feel it would be safe for anyone if we were to stay, as we didn't want to hurt any child.
We then decided to talk to management and ask them for a refund, they denied it with the excuse "the parents signed a waiver taking responsibility for any child's harm".
Are you telling me that is okay if a full-grown 6" ft adult dangerously hurts a child because the parents "signed a waiver"!?!?
1. We didn't get any refund.
2. The help received was zero to none.
3. They clearly don't care about their customers' safety as they kept circling back to "Having signed a waiver" (Which apparently has the magical ability to save anyone from breaking their neck)
4. Not only they won't offer any refund but in the unfortunate situation of not being able to jump on the day you booked you better not live away from an Oxygen centre as they'll just offer you a voucher with an expiry date for you to come back and have the chance to hurt a child again.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this place - parking in the area at the Acton Oxygen is problematic and confusing on where to park if visiting Oxygen. Oxygen only has a small car park outside the premises that is insufficient at busy times (eg weekends) and the on-street overflow Oxygen car parking signage is unclear and not adequately conspicuous so there is significant risk of getting a ticket by the estate owner of the private roads. Just in the time we returned to the car, there were 15 or so cars that had tickets (apparently probably visitors to Oxygen). If you calculate that across the day, that is a lot of money and Oxygen need far clearer and conspicuous signage to avoid their customers getting expensive parking tickets

I had a terrible experience with oxygen Acton a new manager that goes by the name gabby , she was rude and completly dismissed me as soon as I walked in she rudely stated to take off my shoes at the softplay area, even when many people had shoes on already , this is unacceptable she made my experience very difficult. As a usual customer , I will not be attending this play area anymore thanks to gabri , other managers made my experience a bit better.

Staff cussed a people and it was descusting the foam pit was rock hard.

The price alone is enough to put me off! Just like everything price as high as possible for jumping on afew trampolines for an hour.

Worst Experience at Oxgen Acton, the party room which was given did not even have proper lighting, the bulbs were not working & when reported the manager told, it cannot be fixed and was not ready to give another room, instead she asked us to use flash while taking photos, cannot even imagine doing a kids party in a dark room. We did not agree & argued heavily, finally they gave us a room where the lighting was there, it ended up spoling the whole party mood.
Co-ordination was also very bad, around 5 people kept on roaming around, but did not guide the visitors.
When the party started we had to literally keep them asking for each and every item, cutlery, juice. They did not get any of them on time by themselves.
I would not recommend this place.

Boys had a great time, really enjoyed the changes that have been made. It was clean and staff were very friendly
