Save your money and buy from an actual Aussie Retailer, Jaycar sell the exact same string lights for more than half the price. Wish I knew before I purchased here.
My package took 3 weeks to arrive and came from China so I don't believe they're based in Australia as they claim.
Their customer service is also non existent so returning a product is difficult as they want you to email but I've now been waiting almost 2 weeks for a response on how to return my unopened/unused product.
Edit:
Apparently they want to claim I never ordered from here I can't attach photos but mybOrder Number was #OZ853865 ordered on the 20th Aug, believe what you want.

#OZ853865 is not our reference number. I have tried to call you various times now but have not been able to contact you. Our order numbers do not start with #OZxxxxxxx.
We are happy to help you, but you are reviewing the wrong business.
Based on our records, it looks like you have not been a customer of ours. Plus, we have not received any messages from you requesting support except via trust pilot. You may have been purchased from ozcampingwarehouse.com or ozcampsco.com, which is not us.

I'm on the fence with this company
I'm on the fence with this company. It's taken them over a week to send my order with no communication after I sent an email querying the delay. Also they claim australian based then why is my parcel coming from China. So I'm not even trusting that I'll get my order at this point and if I do it definitely wont be at the express shipping they sell on the website considering it took them 9 days to send the order. So far I'm not impressed one bit.

Delivery was prompt and arrived in good condition. I think the need to use a battery pack should have been mentioned in the initial blurb.
