Our support team works within a 24-hour response window, and they actually replied about 4–5 hours after your first message with a full explanation of the cancellation process. We didn’t hear back from you after that, but you’re always welcome to contact us anytime — we promise we don’t bite, not even on Fridays.
About the refund
You requested a cancellation yesterday, and we processed the refund immediately on our side. Since the payment was made through Klarna, the actual speed depends entirely on Klarna and your bank. They usually need around 3–5 business days. Our dashboard shows your refund is already in progress on Klarna’s side.
If the funds still haven’t shown up by 9 December, just let us know and we’ll happily check again. We’re not here to keep your money hostage — we just want this sorted so everyone can stop refreshing their banking app every hour.
