I would like to evangelize on behalf of Oscar & Z’s. I purchased a home and being an avid gardener, I knew by spring the large, old, overgrown and woody bushes obstructing the charm of the home needed to be removed. I envisioned new walkways, patio and retaining wall for a garden. They understood my vision, color schema, followed regulations/best practices, and went to work. All the workers, heavy equipment, products and wherewithal arrived and completed this large project in a week. They also trenched to redirect downspouts negating puddling and runoff. The stonework had fantastic design touches. The team was neat, efficient, thoughtful and hard-working. I will be utilizing their year-round services. Highly recommended.

Oscar & Marcos Zacarias along with their entire Landscaping Team are very Courteous & Professional with Respect to the Customer. And they are Extremely Conscientious & Patient with Regards to the Customer's Property. We needed significant yard work, from the old Pool Decking and Stairs being removed, seven large Oak Trees cut down & removed, almost 300 Linear Feet of Lawn Edging, over 50 yards of Blue-Stone, 15 yards of Bark Mulch, and 10 yards of Loam and Hydro-Seeding between the Front, Side, & Back Yards of our Property. They verified where our Septic, Drain-Pipes & Leech-Field were, so that they would Not damage them with their Equipment, (Trucks, Bobcat, etc.). While they used the Dump Truck & Bobcat for the majority of the various Materials in the yard; they were very Careful to transport the Material by Wheel-Barrow for any work that needed to be performed near the Septic or Leech-Field. Marcos, Oscar and their Team took the time to prep/rake the Soil, Edge the Flower Bed and Tree Rings, as well as the complete Spreading of the Material, even whilst the Temperatures were in the High 80's & Low 90's.. In other words they did Not try to Rush the Work-Process, because of the High Temps. Instead, Everyone on the OZ Landscaping Team takes Pride in their Work, and took the time to do everything the "Right-Way"!! And when the Bobcat had worn down a path on the Side Lawn, they took the time to Rake, Re-Loam, and Hydro-Seed the entire worn-down section of the Side Lawn. Everything was done to our Total Satisfaction, and we Highly Recommend Marcos & Oscar Zacarias for your Landscaping Needs!!
