Ozone Avis 

Completely incompetent. Half of the items arrived damaged due to not securing products in the package. I'll never order anything from this clown company.

I ordered a desk from ozone.hr and it arrived scratched. I contacted support for a partial refund due to the damage. On May 14, 2026, their agent (Katitsa) offered a €15 compensation, but strictly as store credit for future orders.
​I replied the same day accepting the €15 amount, but explicitly demanded the money to be refunded to my original payment method (bank account/card), as I do not plan to buy from them again. This is my legal consumer right.
​Since then, they have completely ignored me. I sent follow-up messages on May 25 and May 26, but have received absolutely no response and no refund. They stop communicating the moment a customer refuses store credit and asks for actual money. Highly unprofessional. Avoid this store.

We ordered Peppa Pig bicycles for our twin daughters. The girls personally chose the pastel green model with yellow wheels. Instead, we received green bicycles with bright pink wheels!
To make matters worse, the bicycle model we originally ordered is now completely out of stock, and due to the urgency of the occasion, we do not have time for lengthy return procedures and a replacement delivery before the event.
Sending the wrong items without any proper verification is extremely irresponsible, and as a result, our children ended up receiving something they did not choose at all.

Kupila kolica 2u1 za bebu, jaje i sportski dio, slike toga su bile uredne, na sekciji kolica 2u1. Poslali mi kolica samo sportski dio i neka bugarska lopovka mi se glupa radila kad sam se žalila i pobrisali su kolica sa te sekcije i slike jajeta s tim kolicima koja su imali. Dan danas najgorkiji osjećaj online prijevare koji sam imala. Stoka.

On 27.09.2025, we ordered and purchased a Krups coffee machine through the Ozone.hr platform. The product was delivered a few days after the order.

Already on 19.11.2025, the device stopped working and was reported as defective, and it was sent for service through your complaint system.

After extensive correspondence, the device was returned to us damaged only on 23.02.2026, i.e., more than three months after it was received for service. Since then, for over a month, any responsibility or correspondence from your side has been completely ignored.

Sent me opened parfume which was intended for a gift with no returning opened parfumes policy and offered me 5€ coupon and never resolved the issue

Good prices, a wide range of products and respectful staff replied within half an hour to my inquiries and quickly resolved the problem BOXNOW made with my package.

Kupujem jako često kod njih i nikada problem nisam imao do trenutka kada sam trebao napraviti povrat za artikal koji je došao pokvaren. To traje već preko 20 dana i na kraju je paket izgubljen. Zadnjih 5 dana uopće na email ne odgovaraju osim što su danas putem live chata potvrdili da je paket izgubljen i da ide refund, refund za kojeg nema nikakvog vremenskog okvira niti potvrde niti ista, samo "Javite nam kada dobijete sredstva na racun". Eto dovoljna je jedna ovakva situacija neprofesionalnosti , nezainteresiranosti da nebudem puno nepristojan i da sve dobro padne u vodu. Dakle naručivanje kod njih ide bez problema i dobijete ono što ste naručili i 100% su Legit , ali kad je povrat u pitanju teška su katastrofa. Kod mene to još traje a prošlo preko 20 dana.

Ne daju povrat novca za proizvod koji djelomicno ne radi

Package was never delivered, after 1 month of waiting they said that transporting company did not deliver it on time. I was trying to contact them 3 times and always different person answered that he/she will try to contact a comapny

Sve je lijepo i krasno dok ne nastane problem. A kada nastane problem, onda se ne priznaje garancija na Sony slušalice koje koštaju 230 eura.

Na vecinu proizvoda je dostava u roku 3 dana,ostali dodju za 2 tjedna jer su u razlicitim skladistima po europi. Narucujem vec 3 godine od njih nikakvih problema,preporuke!!!

Narucim GPU od 900€ pouzecem, normalno sve prodje na stranici, dobijem email da mi je narudzba prosla, i da ce biti uskoro shipano. Za pola sata me zove zena i kaze “cujte to je veliki novac, ne mozemo vam poslati karticu, morate karticno prvo platiti” Ogroman red flag, scamer alert. NE POSLUJTE SA NJIMA AKO NE MISLITE OSTATI BEZ NOVACA.

Korisnička služba bezobrazna i bezobzirna, a da ne govorimo da se ne služi hrvatskim, već srpskim jezikom. Reklamacija proizvoda kojem nedostaju dijelovi uložena u roku odbijena je, uz naputak da se javimo proizvođaču (čije je sjedište u Turskoj i čime smo prepušteni sami sebi). Time su povrijedili prava kupca i ujedno prekršili zakon. Ozone je ok dokle god sve ide glatko, ali kad ne ide, možeš se, da ne budem prosta...

If only every order would be processed like this. Order went through with no problems. It got shipped the same day and arrived in another two. definitely would buy again and recommend.

Rude customer service, also took long to answer. She told me to go f myself and that its sold out, then i continue sending messages that there wasnt any notifications that its sold out, just to take a whole day for support to tell me that they were wrong and that im stupid. The product is now i guess still there, but im stupid incompetent etc... Really disgusting

I bought puzzles severly time, there was a great choise with big discount, came in few days.

Naručio sam više društvenih igara i u svakoj narudžbi je stajalo da dobijam besplatni DVD. 3 pošiljke su stigle bez ijednog DVDa. Kontaktirao sam službu ali oni tvrde da nemogu ništa dok ne napravim novu naruđbu pa da će onda poslat 4 DVDa. Naravno stiglo mi je opt 0 DVDova.
Nije stvar u DVDovima več u činjenici da mi je vaš lik iz službe sa korisnike lagao u facu iako zna da nikome ne šaljete DVDove. Stoko lažljiva!
