These are good, sturdy chairs. Compact, easy to assemble after a couple of goes (takes a couple of cycles to loosen up the mechanism on the back struts). They arent the cheapest, but thats what gives me the confidence that they will last longer - they arent made with the cheapest material or are the cheapest design. So far so good!

Good sturdy chair which gives much more support than the typical camping chair - a good choice for those of us with a few more years under our belts!

Very convenient. We took them to the beach for our first go, and they were fantastic. Comfortable, and so convenient to carry & pack away. The longer legs at the back need a bit of arm strength to lock in place at the moment but I'm sure that will get easier with use.

My wife recently bought me an Ozzi Gear chair and I absolutely love it. I love hiking but I'm getting on a bit and these days I need a chair rather than sitting on the ground. My previous folding chair weighed a ton and wasn't really easy to use. This one is small, light and easy to carry. It's easy to set up - even with my arthritic hands -but it's also really sturdy. Most of all it's really comfortable.

Small in size, but big on rapid setup, comfort and ease of use. Purchase was quick process and support was spot on.

I love my Ozzi Gear Loungers. They compact up nice and small in their own carrying pouch, not taking up much space. They are lightweight and super strong due to its alloy metal construction. The height is perfect for getting out of them and the adjustable head pillow makes it even more comfortable. The really nice feature is the windscreen on your back keeps you cool.
I bought the sand mats that slide onto the bottom of the chair for all my beach days.
Also bought the foldable foot stool when I really want to kick up my feet. It it also doubles has a table for snacks too!
I can't wait for summer car shows and beaches with these!

I recently got this Ozzi Gear chair, and honestly… I didn’t expect to like it this much.

The main reason I bought it was because I was tired of carrying those bulky, heavy foldable chairs that just feel like extra luggage. This one is completely different ,it weighs around 1.5 kg and folds down to almost the size of a water bottle, so it’s super easy to carry anywhere.

Using it is actually so simple. I can set it up in just a few seconds, and it’s ready to relax. whether I’m on a hike, at the beach, or just sitting in the park. It’s one of those things you actually end up using because it’s so convenient.

Compared to my old chair, this is a huge upgrade. No more dragging something heavy, no awkward carrying, no wasting time setting it up. It’s lightweight, compact, and still surprisingly comfortable and sturdy.

If you’re someone who loves being outdoors but hates carrying extra weight, this just makes everything easier.

A very compact but sturdy and comfortable chair. Doesn’t take up too much room in the boot so travels everywhere with me. So convenient.

I have 4 Ozzi chairs and 2 Ozzi loungers. High quality products and they are so compact that I always have them in my car. Customer service has been fantastic. The 1 time I had a concern with one of my chairs, I received a prompt response and my concern was dealt with.

I purchased two new chairs which were quite expensive thinking I was buying a quality poduct. I opened one and proceeded to use it. I was in my shed on a flat concrete floor. Within less than 30 minutes, the chair support bracket broke, rendering the chair useless.
I contacted Peter form Ozzie. He asked me to take pictures of the damaged chair and send them in, which I did. He then stated I did not have to send in the damaged chair and he would refund me. More than two months later and still no refund. Do not buy from this company. Not only are their products inferior their customer support is non existent. Still waiting for my refund

We are enjoying our two Ozzi Gear chairs, taking them on holiday with us and when we hike and bike. We’ve also found them very handy if accommodation has uncomfortable chairs. They were a gift to one another for a special wedding anniversary and we find them super compact, strong, well made and comfortable. So much easier to fit in the car!!! Only reservation was the long time they took to arrive, nearly a month. Thankfully they got here just in time for our special holiday. We also received the mats which look strong but we haven’t yet used.

The fact that I had issues with opening the chair due to server arthritis in both my hands & couldn't open the chair unassisted. Enquiried about sending it back,to be told that you have to pay for your return shipping to get the money you paid for the chair back.
So the chair that I can't open on my own, is now going to cost me more money to return it.
Don't bother,just in case you have issues.

After a very frustrating experience, I’ve finally received my refund for the camping chairs.

The return process itself was unnecessarily difficult — it took multiple emails and a firm follow-up just to obtain the return address. Even after the items were delivered back and tracking was provided, there was a further delay with no communication.

To their credit, the refund was eventually processed, but only after consistent persistence on my part.

Overall, I would suggest proceeding with caution. Customer service and communication could be significantly improved to make the experience smoother and more reassuring for buyers.

Chair arrived on time and in perfect condition. Was prepared for the initial tough set up but after a couple of times it was easy to get he legs to extend and lock in place. Finding it very easy to get in and out of even with my arthritic knee. Now it’s packed in the car boot and ready for the next adventure. Thank you Ozzi Gear.

I ordered 2 of their chairs because of good discount offered. As they are quite pricey I wouldn't have ordered them otherwise. After receiving them and assembling one, we found that they are too low.... I needed help to get out of it. My partner and I are elderly pensioners and there is no way we can use these. As their advertising stated 45 day no quibble return policy I contacted them.

Imagine my surprise when I was told that the refund policy does not apply to items purchased with a discount!! I was and continue to be bombarded with emails offering discounts. You have to trawl through a lot to find the "small print" that states this policy!!

To say we are unhappy is an understatement!! I would NOT recommend this company. Buyers beware!

Easy to assemble. We can easily carry them anywhere with ease. I have mobility issues which make it hard for me to sit down and get up but these chairs are just perfect and the bonus? They don’t cut into my legs.

I wished I had come to this site before I purchased 2 chairs. Both chairs arrived in crumpled boxes with chairs that could not be fully opened. After many emails, a couple of videos I was told I could return them. The cost for a return would be almost $200 Cdn.
When I checked this site all of the one star reviews described the experience exactly as I experienced. Gift them, resell them etc was the excuse. Never how can we right the wrong. Send them back on your own nickel not taking any responsibility for the problems.
I have never left a review, good or bad until now. I left it on this site because I couldn’t trust it would be shown on their own website. So many run arounds and like someone mentioned in an other review, the responses seemed AI generated, like they hadn’t even read what I wrote.
There are many reviews on this site and theirs that are favourable and maybe only a few one star but the experience is identical. Do you feel lucky?
I wasn’t able to open the chairs fully but enough to see they are quite short and probably not comfortable to get into if your knees are bad. If you can try before you buy they may work for you. That’s ok if you live in Australia but if not you’re taking a chance.

A follow up to Ozzi Gear response. They state that they do not supply shipping for returned products.

Yet if they were truly reputable, when their products arrive in crumpled boxes and are bent so they cannot be fully opened, they expect the purchaser to put out more substantial cash to return damages product. Make sure the arrive in proper condition and there would be no problem.

They again go on about gifting them or reselling them. I’ll try this again THEY ARE DAMAGED!!!!!

They have an excuse for everything to not have to take responsibility instead of providing customer service.

Anyways if you deal with them, most likely your experience will go well. If there is a problem, forewarned, you’re own your own. Good luck.

Bought two Ozzi chairs, was a bit in doubt about price but hey, I love it! Bring them everywhere! Very solid construction, compact, comfortable… they worth every euros! Or dollars lol
