Fab experience,

Gloss in the garden experience was loads of fun for my 12 year old daughter and the assistant helping her was so friendly and engaging.

We travelled down today from Middlesbrough had a brilliant time emmy the host was brilliant nothing was to much trouble and very helpful

Been to p Louise in stock port today as part of my daughters birthday it’s amazing we travelled from Dublin we where greeted by gabby today at the host desk who helped us through all the process

Valentines treat for me and my girl, great service from Charlie, thank you

The customer service was excellent especially from Emmy, who treated us lovely!

Awful business never ordering again. didnt get whole order called girl said they had cctv of package being filled calling me a liar. £65 order only got £25. said they would send video as I have to now try and claim lost money from Royal mail instead. Haven't got video yet. Then asked her to delete my account and my details from their website and she said no they cannot do that. Do not order from them very terrible all round

Product sent was different to product advertised, sent various emails and facebook messages but never get a reply. Awful customer service

Amazing service maddie was lovely and seen us through the day . Only downfall was the signal in the building! Had the best time with my daughter for her birthday

The staff are so helpful and mad it such a nice experience for my two girls also the products and lay out of the place Is 10/10

I’ve never ordered from TT shop before but heard good stuff about this brand so gave it a go.
Ordered arrived in less than 24 hours! Box was beautiful and the items look great. Look forward to trying them.

Ho fatto un ordine il 31 dicembre. È passato più di un mese e non è arrivato. Ho provato a contattarli via mail ma non rispondono. Ho buttato 200 euro perché mi sembra veramente una truffa.
Nonostante abbiano mandato il tracciamento del pacco è fermo da un mese.

Iv ordered quite a lot of stuff off plouise but lately they keep getting my orders wrong then they try to argue point when there in wrong ordered again spent £130 loads off stuff missing again they offered me £25 refund even though it will cost me a lot more than that to replace whats missing plouise have become a joke wont be ordering again im done rip off

I ordered the full teddy bear collection for my daughters birthday and all of the boxes arrived ripped and crushed. I was advised that the boxes are “just shipping boxes” and that damage is essentially acceptable. For a £130 order, where presentation clearly forms part of the appeal, this was extremely disappointing 😢
