P3 have provided exceptional support and worked as an extension of our team on a large scale project. They quickly understood our business needs and worked with us to put a plan together so this could be implemented smoothly. I have engaged with P3 People over the past three years and it has been a real pleasure working with them and it has enabled me to grow the company as I wanted to by developing our culture and ensuring that we were recruiting, developing and retaining some great people. As with most businesses, we did have a few people issues to deal with and at those times I really appreciated that P3 People were there advising us and guiding us through the various procedures that we had to follow. Also, one of the most helpful things they did for us was to help us put our performance review process in place. We ran it for the first time in March-April last year and it went down very well with a positive response from the staff.
