This is the worst experience I've ever had with a storefront. Unacceptable how they handle customer service. I've got 80kg of unusable and damged equipment that is wasting space while I wait for their bureaucratic games regarding logistics irresponsibility and THEIR lack of quality control. Transport might've damaged the items, but it was THEIR facility that failed to adequately secure it for shipping. It's been 2 months since I ordered and while I waited 1 month for the package to arrive I'm wainting another month for this to get resolved. Zero trust.

Zero support. Only get one thing, and I buy two, no refund, no email response..

Do not buy from this shop! I placed an order on pabex.hr on July 6th and made a full advance payment (Order No. [Upišite broj narudžbe]). Since then, I have received absolutely nothing.They completely ignore all customer support emails and their official telephone number (+421 951 885 951) is completely disconnected and out of service. This is a total scam. I am reporting E.K. Company s.r.o. to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) to get my money back. Avoid at all costs!

They have some rare stuff too, all good. I ordered an big antena. The order had a little delay but we stayed in touch by email.

Packages are late, packages arrive incomplete, broken, no response to emails. Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs

The worst site ever. Dont ever buy from them. They are a scam. When you order something you dont get any information about your order except that it has been accepted. I tried contacting them several time on their info mail. No response at all. I never saw my package.
SCAM!!!!
