Originally designed and ordered white boxes for our new hires last year. Was impressed with the excellent quality of the boxes and our new employees loved the personalized box they received on their first day of work. The reordering process was simple with a quick turnaround time! Love Packlane!

I emailed with two agents before deciding to purchase. Both were incredibly friendly and patient, as I asked a lot of questions. I love that they offer 100% recycled boxes. My order came quickly, and was nicely packaged. Definitely going to be using them in the future.

The process to design the boxes was smooth and exciting to see my design come to life online. Kathie with their customer service team was exceptional in assisting me with a shipping situation and supporting me every step of the way. The boxes are high quality and exactly how I envisioned them to be. I cannot recommend Packlane enough. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Very happy with the service. I had a few mock ups that weren't quite right and the support staff was very helpful allowing me to resubmit designs and providing suggestions as I fumbled my way through it.

Custom branded box is exceptional. We had a small amount of damaged boxes after fulfillment. Packlane answered my emails immediately and addressed our concerns. Customer Service was outstanding.

The first time I ordered everything was fine but the second order was completely messed up. I added one item to my original box and they totally messed it up. There was image doubling and plain white flaps with grease splotches. There is no way to reach them via phone. It took several days for anyone to respond to an email and now it’s been nearly two weeks and still I haven’t been refunded and a replacement order hasn’t been sent to me. I had to open a case on PayPal. And the whole experience has been excruciating especially since I need product Boxes.

In short, the printing done on our 150 custom mailers was so blurry I thought I was going blind. I should also mention the quality is terrible - the box would likely get torn to shreds on the back of a UPS truck. Completely impossible to reach anyone to rectify the order. Makes sense why they don't send proofs! It's a scam hidden behind pleasing DTC branding. I'm stuck with $500 in useless boxes.
