Really glad I went with Packlane. I submitted artwork that had an entire segment upside-down (it was hard to tell given how the mailer box folds up). Packlane flagged the issue within an hour of me submitting the artwork and resolved it right away. Looking forward to my mailers with everything right-side-up :)

If I could give 10 stars I would. Packlane's service & their rep Bree's awesome and rapid communication were top notch. I don't usually leave reviews but they deserve all the commendations. Boxes came out great all thanks to their wonderful team. Wish them all the success in the world, and I'm sure their future is bright!

Packlane did it again! The customer service was super helpful! The finish product is immaculate and true to what I needed for my online business. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

This is my third time placing an order with Packlane. Each order has been timely delivered and the finished product has been outstanding. All my customers were very impressed with my custom boxes ... they make my company look larger than what it actually is.

It’s already enough stress of having a business and trying to stay on top of everything. I usually don’t write reviews but with this experience I had to! I had the best order experience with Jeanne! I’m not a tech savvy person so I was clueless to exactly what was needed. The hints she gave me was very helpful and assisted me to get my custom boxes! Her timely responses was phenomenal and she had patience with me. She was so awesome!

Am so excited right now! Lol Listen I created my own designs for my boxes and sent them to Packlane for printing! But sadly my resolution was off and not good enough for printing. When I tell you Packlane customer service was all over it! They was so fast!! Efficient, Sooo Responsive!! And extremely helpful!! I worked with Jeanne and she cut no corners! Am extremely grateful and excited to see my packaging. At first am not going to lie, lol when I saw the email with “Issues with your Packlane proof” I was bummed 🙁 literally my frustration went up! Because I worked so hard to create my design.... They emailed me within couple hours of my order placement but I waited about a day to respond because I had no idea how to fix it. Once I responded Jeanne was right there! She introduced herself, and a few emails later they have recreated my design in the proper resolution and am off to production! In about 8 hours after I decided to respond my issues was resolved! Could’ve been less if I was as fast in my response time. Sighs.... thank you Jeanne!! Listen, Packlane is there to help! You can do this!

Packlane was the easiest service I found for quick custom boxes at a reasonable price without a minimum order of 100 boxes. The boxes were delivered earlier than expected and the quality is amazing.

Always have loved Packlane since day 1 of using them! I order so many boxes from them! The last order I got the colors were off a little bit and within minutes of hopping on their chat they had pinpointed the problem, explained it to me, and offred my multiple (generous) solutions. Stoked that their service matches the high quality of their products!

I have yet to see the final result -I just confirmed the final proof- but I am very excited and confident it will look great. Jeanne was amazing, incredibly helpful and super nice, as were the design team that pointed out the issues with the original design so I could make the necessary modifications. I can't wait to see the final product!

As always, Packlane is easy to work with, fast and their finished product is of the highest quality. I swear my sales increase because of the beauty of the finished product they provide. I wish only I could actually SPEAK with a human being, but they are pretty quick to respond to emails.

I used Packlane a year ago. This time I had a fairly big order with 3 different very colorful boxes. So I tried a competing company and only ordered prototypes. Thank goodness for that because once I saw them I went right back to Packlane. The ink quality of all my boxes turned out amazing! Two of my boxes were black and colorful and the black was perfect. Plus I earned credit towards purchasing more boxes!
