Let me just say KRISTA is totally amazing. I’m unfamiliar with inks and making them vivid. Krista helped me through it all, she was patient and I couldn’t ask for anything else I truly appreciate her working on my behalf.

I was nerves about my boxes and the quality they were going to be. Once receiving I couldn’t ask for anything more; it’s exactly what I expected and wanted! Although I ordered my boxes in the wrong size (not good with measurements), once I received them I reordered right away in correct size!

This was the best customer service I have ever had! At first, I was a little skeptical because there was no number for me to call adn I'm old school when it comes to communication (I like to hear a real person on the line). But I sent an email to the customer service team and within 24 hours, Tara answered all my questions. She followed the whole process till the end and made sure the product arrived in good order and on time! Five stars!

This was my first time using packlane and I am so glad I did. I discovered them on Google and sometimes you really don’t know what you’re going to experience without a referral. But I am glad that I took the leap of faith because the quality of service that I received was impeccable. I wanted a short run of boxes to create a box-set of CDs for an archiving project. After finding Packlane, I ordered their sample pack to help me decide on material and finish. The sample pack was extremely useful. From there on, designing the box was easy using Packlane's website. Customer service were clear and helpful and the turnaround time was a lot faster than originally predicted.
The end product looks very professional and the whole experience has been smooth and hassle-free.

Not often do you find big businesses who understand the little businesses and do right by them. This was my first order with Packlane. For some reason, they misplaced my order or it went to the wrong department. After wondering where my order was, I inquired and they owned up to the mistake. They took the fall and moved mine up in production; then, it was overnighted. And, yes, they did exactly what they said they would do. And for this small business owner, that is an experience that will bring me back to them again and again.
