Took my payment for an order and when…
Took my payment for an order and when the product was due, they said they never received payment and haven’t began production. Payment was made on the same day the order was originally processed (how else would an order even be created if not with payment?) but they said due to a system error they failed to link my payment to my order. Order was due in the next 3 days, their solution was to charge me for rush printing which still took 6-8 business days and charge me for an expedited shipping. Took ZERO accountability of their own errors and left me, the customer, with four lost weeks that my small business cannot afford to wait for. Pricing means nothing when you cannot deliver on your promises and much less when your customer service does not mean actually servicing the customer. ZERO stars if possible.

The production time estimated was less than actual time spent to produce and ship. Receiving my order sooner than expected helped for me to plan ahead for marketing purposes!
Slow Turnaround of Proof
Designing the box was easy and awesome. The proof they first sent was BAD (wrong colors and design) and the 2nd only came after I had to call them twice. Not sure yet about final product quality b/c I have not gotten them. I do feel like they sent LOTS of asks for reviews like this.

Not a company I would trust with my business again. Order tissue custom tissue paper from them over a month ago. It was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago and there’s still nothing going on with my case. They called and promised me a new date for delivery and they even failed on that one. I never bother leaving reviews but when it comes to business operations I think it’s important. 0/5 Stars.

Spend hours trying to perfect my box. It was impossible to prevent bleeding onto another side. Employees were unable to help. HIGHLY do not recommend.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Boxes were not cut right so wouldnt even fold into a box, been waiting over 45 days for a refund that is still in processing. ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE Customer Service. WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!
Bad Customer Service
I have been a customer for over 2 years; was very upset with my last shipment. Boxes were defective and compensation offered was inadequate. Will use another vendor going forward; very disappointed in how they handled a situation in which they provided a defective product.

Placed an order, it said 2 weeks shipping, it's been over a month, they sent a nice email apologizing but after that zero communication. still waiting for my order, i have told them to cancel it and refund my money but no one replies, so i am probably out $200 USD. horrible customer service, stay away.
BEWARE! Terrible, slow service.
1. I ordered my boxes a week ago and got a proof with errors today, wasting 5 days of production time and pushing my order timeline too far. I couldn't get them in time and had to cancel.
2. The changes made to my order were UNNECESSARY. Your editor should have already been in CMYK, my images were all 300dpi, and there was no need to rotate my design.
3. If your design editor were not garbage, and your team so slow and rude, I'd have continued with my order.
I will never, ever use this company again. And I'm still waiting on my refund return call.

OMG, the female service person was so delicate, patient, thorough and patient with me as I wanted to pay for a sample to be shipped prior to printing. She updated my cart manually to assist and explained very well. I learned and grew in this call and so grateful!
This company has absolutely horrible…
This company has absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered from them before and had a great experience. I received my box order and the flaps will not work on about half of my order. I spent 3 hours on the chat and got nowhere. They made me send many photos, videos of me putting the box together and it not working and they still told me I am doing it wrong. I know how to put a box together it is not that hard. A manager was supposed to call me, never did. I had to spend hours and hours of my life trying to fix this. I gave up and decided to cut my losses. Don't order from them.
