Very easy to order
Very easy to order, arrived within 2 days. The quality is brilliant and love the colour that I chose. I had ordered another product for my husband as his Christmas present and he also was delighted. My son and daughter in law also have various bags and they were the ones to recommend these bags.
I would highly recommend.

Brilliant products, brilliant service!
I’ve been a fan of Pacsafe products for years, and their customer service is just as impressive as their gear.
I recently ordered a padlock, but someone from the company phoned to explain there had been a technical issue on the website — the item showed as in stock when it actually wasn’t. They refunded the cost in full and, as a goodwill gesture, sent me a different padlock as an apology.
They really didn’t have to go to that effort, so I was genuinely surprised and very pleased with how they handled it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The velcro is hard to separate
Although this wallet does its job, separating the velcro is difficult for my hands, unfortunately. Maybe another design for people with arthritis is needed. Bit pricey too.

Arrived quickly, and looks useful
Arrived quickly, my husband is very pleased with it. It looks like it will easily hold passport, wallet, sunglasses, and possibly a small bottle of water. The only slight downside is the clip you use to do, and undo the waist band, is slightly tricky for a man with big fingers, but no doubt he will get used to it! Ideal for our travels to Asia.

Perfect Pacsafe
Had a Pacsafe when they were first introduced. Excellent five stars then. Used often and is still in perfect condition. Long lasting. Decided to treat myself to a new colour. Would still give it five stars. Perfect to keep bits ‘n bobs in designated spaces so therefore easy to find items. Security aspects are perfect. Feel more confident when out and about especially in busy places. Buy it. You won’t regret it.

I was after their EXP 12 bag for many…
I was after their EXP 12 bag for many months in slate. When it finally became available, I ordered the black one by mistake. I realised my mistake and ordered the slate one as well. I emailed Pacsafe customer services email and explained my error. They replied the same day by cancelling the black one, refunding me and informing me to ignore the dispatch email for the black item. This is a display of excellent customer service as I didn't need to do anything further and I was fully confident of what was happening in the background was in my interest. The slate bag duly arrived by Royal Mail. The bag is excellent and has become my new daily use bag.

Considered purchase but well worth it!
Husband touring Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand so needs secure day bag. This backpack is brilliant. Very secure roobar locking on main compartment & middle compartment (found it easy to use)
Well made lightweight bag. Well padded straps.
2 internal pockets in main compartment. One rfid pocket - fits passport although pocket is not deep enough to be able to secure the velcro fastening.
Really roomy to use as a day touring bag. Ideal size for carry on bag on plane.
I may have to commandeer it when he comes home!
