Drop-shippers scammers - avoid!
Drop-shippers - avoid at all cost!
Don’t waste your money and time with these scammers look at all the bad reviews!
They sell stock they don't have - weeks later still no tires received. When contacted they just have AI bots spitting out the blurb at you so you don’t even have a chance of finding out whats happening with your shipment.
Be aware they create DPD label after you buy anything from them but they don’t have any stock they place order in China and then that is travelling on a back of a donkey if you lucky.
Seriously read the reviews.

We are sorry to read about your experience and understand your frustration.
Delivery delays can unfortunately occur depending on transport conditions and logistics constraints, but this is clearly not the experience we want for our customers. If you have not yet opened a ticket with our service after-sales, please do so via your customer account or contact form so that an agent can check the exact status of your order and shipment. If a ticket is already open, your case will be prioritized internally for a faster review.
You should normally have a tracking number for your order, and our team can investigate any abnormal delay or missing delivery with the carrier. Your feedback is taken seriously and helps us improve our service.

I ordered motorcycle tyre in 2026 april 10th, got the order confirmation and shipment tracking number, but there's no any real information about when shipment should arrive and no normal information what's happening with the shipment. One month already passed, no shipment no refund no support comunication. Support only replys "shipment is on the way"

We are sorry for this unusually long delay and for the lack of clear updates.
A shipment can sometimes be delayed due to transport issues or other unforeseen circumstances, but after one month your request clearly needs a closer review. As you have already contacted support, there is no need to open a new request: we will ask our service after-sales team to prioritize the handling of your claim so the shipment status can be checked quickly and an appropriate solution can be provided.
Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.

Sent wrong item (Warehouse Error) and refuses to fix it – Order A0228G0126
Beware of this company. I ordered two Cooper Discoverer STT PRO tires (37X13.5 R17), but they delivered the wrong size (37X12.5 R17).The company officially admitted in an email that this was a "warehouse error" (their mistake), yet they REFUSE to exchange the items or refund the money. They claim that because 14 days have passed, they are no longer responsible, even though they sent the wrong product to a business client (B2B).This is a clear breach of contract. A warehouse error is not a "change of mind" return—it is a failure to deliver what was paid for. They admitted the mistake but now hide behind internal policies to keep the money. Totally unprofessional and dishonest business practice.Order number: A0228G0126.

We are sorry to read about your experience with order A0228G0126.
The size discrepancy you describe, especially after the exchanges already made with our team, clearly requires a priority review. As you have already contacted us, we are escalating your case internally so that our after-sales team can reassess the order details, the delivered items and the previous correspondence as quickly as possible, and provide you with an appropriate response.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us improve our processes.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than expected and that the tyre age was disappointing.
Delivery times can sometimes be extended due to transport conditions or other unforeseen delays. Regarding the DOT, tyres over 36 months should normally be indicated on the site. If this was probably not clearly mentioned in your case, please open a ticket with our after-sales service so our team can check your order and provide an appropriate solution.
Your comments are valuable and help us improve our service.
