This company is unbelievably great. Just had an emergency situation where I needed staged pictures as soon as possible. I submitted it I think sometime around 5:00 at night and had them back in the next morning. Not only did I get them back quickly but they were absolutely beautiful. They do a wonderful job of understanding your directions and putting everything in its right place. I would never deal with anyone else when it comes to Virtual staging. Bravo to them!

We have been using Padstyler Virtual Staging for several years now. Virtual staging transforms a space into market ready visuals. It definitely helps buyers understand how a room can be styled and utilized. Virtual staging always makes the rooms seem larger. The turnaround time was good, and edits were done quickly and professionally.

Very fast turnaround time. Excellent selection of photos to choose from and the staff was very helpful.

Slow! They take 4-5 days to get a simple virtual staging. They are cheaper then some other places but as an agent you want your listing photos back as soon as possible. They do a fairly good job and you can choose the room you want but some of them looked dated and I wouldn't use for higher end properties

I have a listing - a huge 1903 Victorian house that is completely empty. I needed virtual staging done to help give buyers some vision as to what can be done with this home. Padstyler knocked it out of the park. They turned the photos around very quickly. A few photos needed revision, and they got those back to me quickly as well. I feel these virtually staged photos will help sell the house. I highly recommend Padstyler.

Do not use this company anymore. I have used them 6 times in past 4 years. They performed okay in the past but something has changed. Our most recent order was terrible product. So bad it was a joke. They were late and then didn't bother to email us that the order was ready. Worst of all they changed our credit card 4 times for the same order and then refused to make a refund. I had to file a dispute with American Express. What a big hassle and time waster. We will never use Padsytler again. I think they are going out of business so they are scamming their own customers. Maybe free AI staging is killing their business. Best careful. Texas phone number but this business is all in India and will disappear on you

I had a terrible experience with PadStyler. They were rude, dishonest, and completely non-transparent about their pricing. I waited five days for a response and never received my photos, even though they claim the job was completed. Now they want to charge an additional $99 to add a pool I already paid $23 for. Their pricing structure is a complete ripoff—charging exorbitant fees for things like furniture removal—and none of this is clearly stated upfront. You also have to pay in advance for a package of photos, only to discover the hidden costs later. I had to dispute the charge just to get my money back. Save yourself the headache and find a company that’s honest and transparent. I’ve switched to a better provider and won’t ever use PadStyler again!

I would give zero stars if I could. Delivered late. Staged nine photos - 100% of them with the WRONG selections. Their fault. Took way too long for them to fix their own mistake. No one to talk to stateside. No one to resolve the issue. Service is terrible. Never called back as promised. Huge waste of time, money and a promise of listing time to my clients.

The digital images which were provided for MLS Listing were excellent. They were proportioned well, attractive and appealing. I highly recommend this company for digital marketing purposes.

Why was I unable to find a spot to easily request a change? I had no idea when I ordered how long it would take (did not opt for the $10/photo rush fee but once submitted there was no indication how long I would have to wait for a home that was ready to launch) & I am unhappy with one photo but had to accept in order to download the others... Not to mention I PAID over a hundred dollars for these images & they added a watermark! Not acceptable - will not use again

The turnaround time for Virtual staging was supposed to be 24 hrs. I didn't get mine back until after I logged into my account to check every hour until 41 hrs. They didn't even send me an email or text that they were ready. Plus, they did an awful job of staging. Now I have to pay someone else to do it. I've wasted time and money. Don't use them! They are the worst. How can they be in business? Plus when I called to find out where my photos were no one answered so I left a voicemail message and have yet to be called back.

When we viewed the first room of the virtual-staging photos, my husband and I both exclaimed "Wow!" This was my first listing employing the digital technique and the PadStyler designer (whom I authorized to use his design discretion) came through with classy, realistic interiors.
The turnaround took less than two days with impressive results. I've seen obviously fake MLS photos of floating furniture and held my breath. My trepidation was unwarranted and I will recommend your services to my real estate colleagues.

Very affordable pricing as well for such a critical marketing effort.

I placed an order and after 3 days received an email asking me to resubmit all the photos. Apparently they had a server malfunction. I submitted photos again. I requested a farmhouse style design..and specifically stated no modern furniture or danish influence. I finally received the photos after 5 days....and the rooms I had marked as office were designed as bedrooms...and with very modern furniture and touches. I requested they make corrections...and it took 2 days. I just received the corrections--they have made adjustments to the furniture to the correct rooms...but have placed VERY modern furniture and accessories. I cannot use these photos. They are not appropriate at ALL for the listing. I will never use this company again. I fell for the "Drew of the Scott brothers uses Padstyler to impress his clients" advertisement. I have wasted a week on a $1.375M listing.
