Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to address your concerns and clarify the work that has been completed.
Based on everything that was completed, approved, and documented over the past several months, your refund request is not consistent with the scope of work that has already been delivered. Every step of this project, including manuscript development, editing, layout design, print preparation, marketing materials, the website build, coordination with Barnes & Noble, and promotional media features, was executed with your written approval at each stage.
Specifically, your approvals and confirmations were provided via email for the following:
Final manuscript layout and formatting (including testimonial placement).
Printing and production authorization.
Barnes & Noble order coordination and file submissions.
Media kit, business cards, and promotional reels.
Website demo review (with domain and hosting purchased on your behalf).
Public relations placement, including Dr. Wiren’s feature published in New York Weekly.
We understand your concerns regarding deadlines and editing, and we take feedback seriously. However, the work completed reflects the agreed-upon services and approvals you confirmed at multiple stages.
We value transparency and hope this clarifies the project’s progress and outcomes.
