Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. Despite the app preaching about giving quality answers they don't seem to have any expectations for the people who give the surveys
I made it clear on a mystery shopper task I was vegan, it wasn't until I got to the shop I was told I needed to buy and eat meat products!! Customer service took WEEKS to get back to me and offer a solution. You cash out and payment doesn't come through. Customer service claim to reply in 24 hours but they don't

Easy and reliable
I have had a really good experience with this company. There is a wide variety of surveys available and you can choose exactly how much time you want to spend on them, which makes it really flexible. The rewards system is straightforward and the points add up quicker than you expect.
Another great bonus is the chance to test products. It is a fun part of the experience and makes the site feel even more rewarding. Overall, easy to use and reliable,

I was picked through a prize draw in October 2025. I won a stainless Steel hand blender. I was so surprise with how quickly the item arrived. The item was exactly as described and was amazing. I couldn’t recommend enough!
