Nearly 3 weeks & order is still not here. Emails get the usual sorry for delay, please wait a little longer, but no answers as to why I haven't recieved it. Luke others my order was a gift, so I was left embarrassed by the gift not arriving in time. Will never use these guys again, heaps of better companies out there

Ordered on 1 December, and did not receive my parcel in time for Christmas.
I am beyond disappointed, and now have to explain to my 10 year old niece why everyone else has a present from me except for her.
Will never order from this site again.

I ordered a picture with a frame. Thought canvas would arrive on the frame. It didn't. What was worse was the packaging for post. The cardboard container had simply been put in a plastic bag. It arrived crushed and messy and a part if the frame which I would have to construct was broken. Will not be using them again.

I would like to acknowledge that I have been ordering Paint Plot for a few years now and they're mostly alright but I have noticed in the past year or so the quality has significantly declined.
I received an order as a Christmas present but didn't receive enough paint to finish the painting and some of the paints were nearly dry, after emailing them requesting more paints, they tried charging me $15.
This time, I ordered 2 weeks ago and my painting still hasn't been dispatched. I emailed them several times a with a generic response of you will received tracking information soon as its dispatched.....
The website says 2-7 days, it's been 2 weeks!!!

I ordered two paintings, I think they were on sale. The first was amazing, best paints I’ve ever seen. Second one had rock hard paints, I emailed them and they said it was old stock and that’s why it was discounted and that’s why the paints were dry. I 100% understand but I’m a little sad because had I known, I wouldn’t have gotten those. I mixed it with water but it’s not as enjoyable and carefree. I wish there was a disclaimer. The lady who responded was at least straightforward and polite.

First painting was fine. Some of the paints were a little thick but easy enough to thin out.

Year later I get 3 paintings in a buy 2 get one free deal. First painting was pretty good, new to the site and the paints were good. Second painting was...average. Had some issues with lots of the paints but ended up looking okay.

The free painting was an absolute disaster and I can see why it was being foisted on people for free. 5 paints so thick they are unusable even with thinner, 6 paints that could be fixed bit still looked streaky and awful and one that was the completely wrong colour. As it was free it's not covered by a paint replacement so I'm left with a half finished painting that looks awful.

Find a different company. These guys are crooks.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I didn't receive any shipping information about my order so I contacted them. I was then told that several of the items in my order weren't available (still showed as available online), so I provided another 6 alternatives to them in following emails until we finally found some that were actually in stock. I then asked when they would be shipped and got told a date approximately 2 weeks after my initial ordering date. I waited another week after this date and it still had not been shipped. I finally asked for a refund as it was clear that, after a full month of waiting, my order was not going to be shipped. The communication was terrible and I was always the one initiating conversations rather than them notifying me they were out of stock, or there were shipping delays, or anything else they should have informed me of. I will not use this company again and I would not recommend anyone else purchase through this company either.

The quality of the product isn't that great and the people running it, are not very helpful.

I absolutely love Paint plot, have been ordering from here for years and have never had a bad experience. The kits only take a few weeks to get to me as well which (in my opinion) is super-fast considering I am located overseas. I am super appreciative all the work goes into making these amazing pieces of art and I adore the story about how this amazing company was founded and grew. Keep up the great work!

Ordered 12/12/23 for a Christmas gift. Today is 16/1/24 and still waiting for the frame part of my order. This is a painting website, how can they be out of stock of the frames?? Will never order again from here

Don’t buy from here.
Placed my order 11 Dec for Christmas gift. Website says 2-7 days delivery. Received email 19 Dec to say out stock & make 3 other painting choices, which I did straight away. Order received 4 Jan, well & truly late for my Christmas KK.

Their website says delivery within 2-7 days. 2 weeks later and this was their response.
Exciting news – the frames have finally arrived! Your order will be dispatched at the earliest. You can expect a shipping confirmation email once the tracking details are available.

I’m sorry but this doesn’t actually tell
Me when I will be receiving my order. Who knows, it could still take weeks or months.

I have since tried calling numerous time and phone goes unanswered. I’ve sent emails and now with final email cancelling my order and have submitted claim through PayPal.

Let’s see how long it takes for my money to be refunded.

Never buying anything from them again.

Money stolen from me and item never received.

Months of emails to get sorted and they go unanswered for weeks if not longer.

This company is an absolute scam.

10 business day waiting for the item to be dispatched.

I’ve sent emails and messages via their website contact us section and still had no response. No idea what they’re doing with my order, because they’re not communicating.

I’ve tried a few different companies and found Paintplot to be one of the best. I was nervous after reading so many bad reviews but I am very happy with the quality of the product and I think the customer service is excellent. I also love that the template is online and easily downloaded. It makes it so easy when you can zoom in to see a number (great for those of us who have eyesight issues!) I will definitely be buying more kits (and already have) and I highly recommend this company.

Manipulative way of gaining subscribers by forcing you to buy two sets when using a discount code. Avoid, get the same quality at Kmart

This company has a dishonest strategies to lead you subscribing their membership. They will first offer you one month membership for free. When they provide you this opportunity, they didn't say anything about the terms of this membership. It is like they are kind to let you try their products. However, when you are unsatisfied with their products, they then tell you that you have no chance to cancel the subscription until you pay the next month membership. What's important, their paintings are shoddy. It is different from their picture on website. I prefer to buy the similar product on Amazon rather than this dishonest company.

Below average quality. The picture shown is not the print that you receive. It is muddied out and simplified greatly. Numbers are printed over lines, and have been missed entirely. More than half the paint is congealed and needs thinner and water to apply, but high wastage as it clumps. Have definitely had cheaper sets bought with better paint, clear numbering and include frame and construction of the frame. Better options out there, that are cheaper and more enjoyable to use. This has been frustrating and annoying, the opposite of why I do PBN. Replies and assistance from their team has been fast and helpful, just the quality of the products doesn't meet even half way. Fast shipping, and great packaging. Just need to up the quality and be clear with what the actual picture you receive is, and I'd be a return customer.

Studpidly i bought one and then looked at the reviews and was worried it may have been a scam and i wouldnt be getting my painting :( but it took a week to get to me and the quality of it was great ! I was happy as with it :) i live in nz so it may just be that since we are quite close to Aussie that it got to me so fast

AVOID PAINT PLOT AUSTRALIA!!! Ordered 4 items, took over a week to be dispatched no updates or anything until questioned. Actually very concerned I have been scammed by Paint Plot Australia. Day 20 and nothing has arrived. Must be using a sub standard shipper as it taking ages to move. Lockdown will be over if it ever arrives.
