I have had a fantastic experience with Palazzo Law Boutique throughout my Italian citizenship by descent application. Chiara, Shania and Nishi have all been incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout what can be quite a complicated process.

They guided me through the documentation requirements, dealt with the Italian authorities on my behalf, helped resolve discrepancies in my family records and prepared my final application folder for my appointment at the Italian Consulate in London.

Communication throughout has been excellent, and I always felt that I could ask questions whenever I was unsure about something. Thanks to their help, I was able to successfully attend my Consulate appointment with a thoroughly prepared application.

From the outset the company were friendly and efficient. I was using them to help with my application for Italian citizenship and they walked me through the process patiently, explaining the various documents I would need, offering to produce legalised versions of my documents and official translations if I required them.
There was prompt and regular contact via their portal or online meetings and I always felt I could contact them at any time if I had queries.
They told me what I could expect at the consulate visit and prepared the package of documents for me, which I deposited with the consulate in October 2024. I have just been copied into an email sent by the consulate to my comune in Italy and asked them to explain it to me. They responded within minutes and told me my application was successful, pending administrative processes.
This was nearly two years after our last contact and they were still responsive. I cannot think of a better experience I could have had.

Davide and Dalila have been professional and diligent guides through my process of applying for Italian citizenship by decent. They located my essential italian documents efficiently and arranged for the important translations and notarisations. They're always extremely quick to respond to questions. I couldn't have got this far without them!

Getting Italian citizenship is SO long and complicated, we would never have managed without their help for getting all the right documents and apostilles and authorisations etc. Worth the money to know that it is being done properly.

Excellent service from beginning to end
I think this is money very well spent. I started the process in June 2023 and got my citizenship through 12 months later in July this year. Davide took care of everything and the paperwork was all produced/
translated with care. He was also very responsive to my questions even when all the paperwork had been completed - he was available right up to my appointment with the consulate.
I am now recognised as an Italian citizen! I was approved by the consulate In London 3 days after my appointment and I am sure this was in some way down to the professional way the documents were collated by Palazzo Law Boutique.

I first reached out to Davide in December 2022 because my sister and I were interested in pursuing Italian citizenship by descent. During my first call with Davide, he laid out the entire process very clearly and was always quick to respond to any subsequent questions I raised during the engagement.

Although it is an expensive service, Davide and Dalila were exemplary in their handling of my case and in researching and preparing all the required documentation.

The incredibly difficult part of the process is obtaining a citizenship appointment at the Italian consulate in London; their booking system is abysmal. They only release appointments at 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and their website always grinds to a halt or crashes. It took me approximately eight months of trying to book an appointment before I could finally secure one.

My Italian citizenship appointment at the consulate was in February 2024, and within a few weeks, I received an email from the consulate confirming my citizenship application was successful! I then proceeded to book a passport appointment (which is much easier to obtain), and I am due to attend that appointment in June 2024.

Davide and Dalila were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend their services. Thanks!
