Palladiodoorcollection Avis

Palladio doors are very well made doors, beautiful styles and colours. The best composite doors on the market. Their service is excellent

Had the door for 10 years. The bottom weatherstrip got damaged. Tried to get a replacement off the net, the profile is unique to them it seems. Wouldn't sell direct to me so went back to the fitter. Palladio quoted him an extortionate amount to supply replacement. After months of chasing and the fitter eventually ordering from Palladio, they still haven't supplied. Fitter in frustration at the lack of simple support from Palladio he decided to take the weather strip from an existing door.

In addition my dark red door had a plug in the front of the frame which obvs isn't UV resistant as it's faded to white. I have given up any chance of getting a replacement as I started just trying to the weatherstrip in May and now it's nearly November.

I have had a positive response today Palladio saying they will replace the defective items FOC which is great. I will update when I have received the items. Todays date is 21/10/25

Exceptional company that provide an excellent service and a top class range of doors. Durable, attractive, sturdy, energy efficient and elegant, these doors are not to be passed by. Highly recommended and highly impressed!

I will be honest upfront and state I was lucky enough to win the door in a competition which gave me the freedom to choose the specific design, colour and fixtures I wanted. The online design tool was incredibly useful and they sent out some colour swatches to help me choose. The locking mechanism is so soft and smooth vs the new composition doors I have at the back from another company and many people have complimented the design. The staff at Palladio were very friendly and responsive to emails. I now have a weatherproof front door that will last a lifetime.

Outstanding service provided by Palladio doors. Doors of the highest quality, built to last a lifetime. What I especially love is that they provide the entire service - analysis, provision of the door, fitting and a 12 year guarantee! So there's no need to be chopping and changing with different companies.
The choice is spectacular, a door to suit every taste. Customer service is second to none and every attention is paid to detail. I'd highly recommend this company, check them out!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful Front Door – Highly Recommend!

Absolutely thrilled with our new front door! The frosted glass adds just the right amount of privacy while still letting in natural light — a perfect balance. The colour is stunning and really enhances the look of the whole house. From start to finish, the service was excellent — professional, prompt, and friendly. Couldn't be happier with the result!

Beautiful quality and fantastic selection of doors. Amazing customer service too. Cannot fault

We had our door fitted about a month ago and we're so happy with it. It looks absolutely stunning and the quality is amazing. You cant hear a peep through the door and it feels so sturdy. I would definitely recommend them.

I have now had 2 Palladio doors in 2 homes I have lived in, when selling our last home I can honestly say that one of the things I hated most about moving was not having a Palladio door anymore, Palladio doors are not just any door, they are the envy of all your neighbours, you can really see the difference in quality in comparison to a standard composite, the finish is better and the designs have a unique edge over the rest in the market!

Delighted with our new Palladio door as expected, the design tool on the website was super easy to use, lots of great inspo online (Instagram), our door is the Dublin in agate grey and I cannot tell you how many compliments we get, and I have lots of friends and family who have opted for a Palladio door too after seeing ours.
Great company who cares and fantastic quality product, thank you Palladio!

I’ve had my door for a year from Palladio so feel now is a good time to leave a review. I’m really pleased with the quality of the door, previous door started fading after first summer and let in so much draught despite having it fitted by 2 different tradesman. My new Palladio door quality is five stars, no colour fading, no draught. Really pleased. Ordering and fitting was very easy too. Thank you

Have to agree with other customers comments about a totally useless guarantee as it only covers for warping , it has a steel core that is supposed to be strong.Salesman should make sure that you are aware of this when you are considering buying one. Since having this installed my home has been cold and draughty. Manufacturers blaming it on the firm that supplied and fitted , firm blaming it on the manufacturer.Endless amount of tweaking and adjusting and still not right ….I doubt it ever will. Problems ongoing from week one now into year two since it’s been fitted. Oh! And apparently spray foam is the great problem solution of all time . Total waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend at any cost! Updated review : Door company came on the 9th as previously agreed and refitted the door to a much higher standard . Still waiting for the door lock strip to be replaced . The black paint has started to come off and the white is starting to show through . It has 3 deep scratches to . I painted my previous upvc door with frenchic paint and it was a better job . Never scratched , peeled or chipped . Maybe we’ve just been unfortunate , but I would have expected more from a£2,345 door 🙁

We absolutely love our door from Palladio, they have such a great selection of styles to choose from as well as colours, glass options and hardware for your door. It has really finished off our space and transformed or entrance.

Absolutely love my Dublin door ! It changed the whole look of my home, it’s excellent quality too. Would highly recommend.

This door is absolutely outstanding quality and has transformed the front of our home. Website was easy to use and ordering was faultless. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Excellent door quality, one of only few who uses Renolit foil finish so it is 100% matching your windows, not painted like some other doors.
