Pallet Pandas LLC is a social media pallet and mystery box consumer education “show” that features our fun and quirky family. We authentically unboxing pallets and primarily, Mystery Boxes from a large assortment of mystery box companies and liquidators in the USA. How we achieve this is by ordering anonymously so they don’t know it is going to a social media creator or influencer. Pallet Pandas assesses accuracy of descriptions vs what we receive and discusses cost per piece, quality and value of the boxes we unbox. Pallet Pandas does not focus or remark much about the products in the boxes we open, we feel those opinions are subjective, we do however warn customers of obvious scams when we consistently receive broken, used or uncommon and inexpensive items in a brand of box, poor shipping time or lacking customer service. The objective is for customers to see what one actually receives in these mystery boxes and understands how to read the descriptions and know what to ask before you buy, all on our dime! Pallet Pandas short time in the wholesale general merchandise/mystery box business brought us great insight as to how it could be better. This prompted Pallet Pandas to launch their own line of mystery boxes that release in short limited edition runs, no preorders or backorders, we only sell what we have prepared and could put a label on and ship immediately. These mystery boxes come in different pricing and offer, robust descriptions, quality common products, customer service and personal interaction with customers through the social media program. Pallet Pandas believes that all customers should feel like they are getting one of those fancy influencer boxes they see advertised by branded mystery box companies using creators in on social media. Influencer boxes for all customers is exactly what we deliver. Integrity, transparency and consumer education is what helps distinguish us from other similar creators and mystery box brands.

I have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL experiences with my purchases of mystery boxes from Pallet Panda!! The boxes are FULL of amazing things you didn’t know you needed or wanted! So many of the brand new items were individually wrapped; showing that they truly care and want to make it an experience for their customers. The quickest delivery too! I believe they advertise you’ll receive twice the value of what you paid.. I can attest it’s been A LOT more! I’ve gotten a Coach purse in one box and my latest included a Kate Spade! Pallet Pandas IS the box to buy!
I just love mystery boxes and Pallet Pandas certainly is my favorite. The items inside have been top quality, they put a lot of thought into each box they pack. I highly recommend them and the customer service is top notch too!

I've only ordered from them once and I'm so glad I did. The shipping time was much better than some of the other Mystery Box companies lately. The box arrived damaged, there was a hole in one of the corners, I don't think anything spilled because the box was filled with so many wonderful surprises. I received some unique sample items. Bigger sample health drinks, jewelery. I even received a wireless dog fence thing, blanket, an awesome plush robe and I had bought one of the last boxes from a batch that included a Designer purses. I received a genuine Coach purse. I never win anything. It was wonderful. I've seen lots of people opening up mystery boxes with Designer items, but I was sure they were staged. NOT THIS ONE. I will definitely buy from Pallet Pandas again. Oh and their boxes are so cutely wrapped and a little purse with a cute bracelet and more cute purse items.
