Issue with returns
Ordered a pair of jeans and tried to return. Label wasn't generated and there is no way of redoing or retrieving it.
Customer service sent out a block response e-mail and despite many attempts to make contact have had no resolution.

Palmerlome products are just gorgeous. They have a luxurious feel. They are really well made and feel fabulous to wear. The sizing is good and the packaging matches the brand. Always wrapped in tissue and come in a study box. It is like Christmas when it arrives.

Amazing experience with customer service. Realised I had received a sweatshirt with a small fault. Reached out to customer services and they replied and resolved the issue within 24 hours. A new item was dispatched promptly. No fuss. No quibbles and generally just a great experience. Couldn’t fault their process. Thanks so much!

My return went astray (with the carrier) and Palome refunded me immediately which was most welcome. I’m very impressed with this retailer and look forward to purchasing again.

I wanted to order a jumper but sizing…
I wanted to order a jumper but sizing only goes up to a 14, I am a 16, standard size these days , will you be getting bigger sizes ?
The company have advised me bigger sizes coming soon , hopefully be nice if before Christmas as just wanted a round neck jumper.

I have purchased a couple of beautiful cashmere sweaters recently. I was delighted with the swift delivery and beautiful packaging. The cashmere sweaters are so soft and luxurious, and very good value. I would highly recommend. I am looking forward to my next purchase. More colours for the turtle neck sweaters please!!

Ordered a cashmere turtleneck on 12/10/25 and it arrived two days later !! The sweater is beautiful and lovely quality and very reasonably priced - it fits perfectly. The package was divine - a sturdy cardboard box with beautiful graphics on the front and the sweater was wrapped in pretty tissue paper.
Five stars all the way from me 🩷🩷🩷

Concern over returned parcels not being received however superb service from IIona reinstated my faith in this company.
Really concerned, returned two boxes 4/10 via my local PO, printing up the EVRI labels and followed all instructions…an attempt at delivery of the parcels was made to the company 6/10 specific timing on the tracking 13:06 and 13:09 respectively but delivery could not be made. I have emailed customer support just now but extremely concerned about my returned items, why were the parcels not delivered when an attempt of delivery was made and when will I get the refund which totals £350? ## UPDATE ##
Following an email to Palome, I received a prompt response apologising and that an investigation would be made. I had an immediate refund of all items and a £50 voucher which was unexpected and appreciated. I have given 4 stars as maybe the company should not be using EVRI as there was this issue with returns plus with the delivery EVRI left the parcel on the doorstep whilst I was on holiday and I had advised that that should not happen. IIona from customer services was a real ambassador for Palome, I will be ordering again and using my voucher 😁
