Hi Maria,
I’m really sorry to hear you’ve still not received your samples.
I’ve checked our records and it shows we sent these out on 10th November. As our samples are sent via Royal Mail, they can unfortunately sometimes get delayed or lost in the post.
Not to worry… we’ll get a replacement set of samples sent out again this week for you.
Thanks for your patience,
Panel Outlet
Good quality tiles
Fast delivery and came well packed and no damage. Tiles are very good quality and easy to fit. A bit pricey but overall very pleased with them.

No fuss, just what was ordered
The panel arrived within 48 hours of ordering. It was exactly as I expected in terms of quality. The price seemed fair. It looks great in place behind the oven as a 'feature' wall.
No issues, no fuss.
