SpringRacks Hosting Avis 

I’m an admin of a large Minecraft SMP server hosted on Springracks. They have little downtime here and there, but panel is down now. My players are complaining! This is out of my control. I had some problems like this and the support staff just laughs at us. Be careful, they also cheat your ram to lower than what you pay for. I confirmed this with PaperMC developers. They limit file uploads to 10 mb. I have bad experience with Springracks.

SpringRacks hosting is the best server host I have ever used. Flawless servers, very little down time. Very fast customer support. Great community to ask if you ever have questions. You can ask anyone who has used SpringRacks, they will most likely agree that they are very good.

SpringRacks has been an absolutely painless and amazing hosting service. When I needed to move from my old host SpringRacks transferred my server for me. After the transfer, the amazing Alex helped fix a lot of problems within my plugin configurations and ensured everything was running smoothly. I honestly couldn't have done it without them! 100/10 service!

Amazing host! Above and beyond with the customer service, they were available almost 24/7 with IT help. I'm almost clueless when it comes to the files and whatnot of a server, but the support manager helped me a lot with advice (ie helped me figure out how to fix mob spawner AI which Paper screws up with its default settings) and tech support from the sys admins was phenomenal. Could not recommend more, for the pricing (which is lower than most hosts you'll see) that is an absolute bargain paired with nearly 24/7 tech support, you won't find anything better in this plane of existence.

I had a great time with SpringRacks hosting, i decided to cancel my server due to my personal lack of motivation and struggle getting people to play, but springracks is by far way better than my previous host and I am glad i found them!

This is a good service. I bought a server for SCP:SL from them, and it is amazing compared to what I was using before (I won't say anything else about my old provider because I'm not sure I want to give them any publicity). It's quite affordable, with slots and features like those not being limited by price, but only the power of your server, which is always quite high for the price. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Springracks is by far the best hosting platform I have used. I have been a customer now for over six months and have nothing but good things to say. I have not had an issue with server performance since I have been a customer. Support is extremely fast, competent, and friendly. I've seen the staff go above and beyond for other customers, including adding new game support. Servers are also priced very reasonably. Maintenance notifications can be a bit short notice but other than that, absolutely stellar service.

I recently bought a server with them. There was a few issues that I had, but the service was incredible. They helped me through everything while setting up my server. They verified it for me, so I didn't have to mess with it. And the price if very affordable. The servers run great, really fast, and you have a ton of customization options. It basically gives you a server, and you have full FULL control of it. 100% would recommend over other hosts.

I have been a customer for about 2 months and I must say this host is the one to go with if you want the best performance and customer support. Although the nodes have the occasional unexpected downtimes, the staff are competent in what they do and understand the specific needs of different kinds of servers. Even if they haven't dealt with your kind of issue before, they will at least do the research needed to help you. The founder is very involved in Springracks and interacts with customers frequently. He has taught me a couple of things about Java's kinks and helped me in solving issues with my heavily modded Minecraft Forge server. And as a cherry on top of all that, the price is fair!

Overall this is a 9.5/10 host to be precise.
Yet, I expect it will become a perfect 10/10 as they continue to make improvements to the nodes to avoid the aforementioned unexpected downtimes.
