Pangea Translation Services Avis 18

I have been working for Pangea as a Freelance translator since 2022. At the beginning the payments were ok but when I started billing for 2025 I noticed that half of my Purchase Orders were removed from the portal and I have not received any replies to mu numerous e-mails sent to various members of staff. This is really unacceptable since I completed my work on time. I consider contacting Incasso company in this matter.

one thing is getting paid very late, another is no communication to explain or give a date of payment. For me it is very sad and unacceptable situation because I did fulfil the task very promptly even worked at nights, how can my hard work not get paid on time as promised or stated on the portal. this is the most awful situation and I am very disappointed how they deal with freelancer. Think hard before you accept their assignments.

I was working for Pangea as a freelancer for many years. Then from last year onwards they started to have issues paying their invoices. It took over half a year to get my payment, now I have the same issue again. Their payment policy is 45 days, which is already very late. Now after 2 months I still haven´t been paid. Their support is useless as well, they just ignore you. I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY if you are a freelancer. This company only causes frustration beyond believe. Good luck getting paid!

I am writing as a vendor. I haven't received my payment for almost a year, and despite my numerous attempts to contact them, they kept coming up with one reason after another to delay the payment. I am continuing to request the payment because I can't accept anyone taking away the effort I have put in.

Writing this review as a vendor: the company Pangea stopped paying their subcontractors / freelance translators. I am waiting for the payment of my invoice now for more than 4 months. Company communicates very sporadically, just empty words that they are doing their best to solve the situation... Empty words.
