As the other reviews have highlighted, do not buy from this company. Took over a month for the case to be delivered which had missed the birthday date I had bought it for.
No response to emails or chat so cannot return and they have taken my money.

the case itself is very good quality and it only took a few days to get here . i might purchase again .

Fake company website. Says go to chat but chat unavailable says to email but email doesnt reply. Total scam and ruined my daughters birthday. Lets just hope i dont find you mate whoever you are

DO NOT USE I ordered my product on the 24th December and have still not received. After sending many e mails and having no response back from anyone I am now down by £38.96

We’ve ordered 100 $ of product. A case iPhone case and AirPod case. We have not yet received them. I’ve contacted them and I hope they will reply. These are both birthday presents for my daughter and she’s is devastated they have not arrived. If the company is a scam they should be ashamed that they are scamming young people as well. How awful.

Ordered two phone cases on two seperate occassions. Neither have been delivered after 3 months and doubt they ever will. Read the rest of the reviews which are all the same experience. This is a scam company -DO NOT BUY!

Do not order from this site!!! I ordered a case which needed to be exchanged I have emailed and tried the instant chat on so many occasions. They do not respond at all.

I ordinarily check Trustpilot, but didn’t this time as my daughter said her friends had Panther phone cases. Really wish I had checked though. Ordered two phone cases costing over £60, received an order confirmation, and that was it. I’ve had no updates since and the company is not responding to my emails. I doubt I will ever receive the cases. Luckily I purchased them on a credit card so have managed to recover my costs, but dealing with the company has still been pretty stressful!

Ordered an expensive iPad case months ago that never arrived. No response to my requests for a refund via email on instagram. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered a phone case for my daughter for Christmas. I spent £45. No phone case has been delivered and they have not responded to two emails. This must be a scam.

Terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could.

My daughters asked for the phone cases from them specifically so I didn’t do any research on it. Completely scam. The customer service never responded and the cases never have arrived.

Ordered iPad case 12/11/25 still have not received it. Sent multiple emails requesting status, never got a response. Also used chat on there site, as they said their email was down, got no response regarding status of order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This is a fraud. They took the money, they sent automatic order confirmation email and that's all they did. The phone case was not delivered and was not even shipped. They are uncontactable. They do not provide the phone number, I've sent them 3 emails, chats messages, social media messages with no response at all.
