Rejected an order by blaming the…
Rejected an order by blaming the courier for damaging the parcel - then resent an edited version of it without the discount code and same items.
I had paid extra for next day delivery *angry face!!
Their reply doesn't mention anything about the 15% voucher that they failed to honour. These business practices don't serve you well in the long term.

Upon learning that your order had been damaged in transit, we immediately worked to resolve the issue, arranging a replacement. However, due to stock limitations, not all items in the original order were available. We communicated this to you, refunded the cost of the unavailable items, and sincerely apologised for the inconvenience.
When you subsequently requested to cancel the replacement, we honoured that request and refunded the full cost of your order, including shipping.
We understand this situation was frustrating, and while we tried our best to address it at each step, please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything further we can assist with. Thank you for your understanding.

My item was not recieved, it says I have been refunded for my items when I havnt and had still been charged a delivery fee

I received incorrect sizing
I received incorrect size and to exchange I had to pay postage to return the item.
After asking P& via email communication (n phone number) they said they were happy to exchange if unopened and obv unworn. However they failed to admit that they were not offering free postage I had to ask a 2nd time.
Unhappy result tbh.
