We recently had our bathroom remodeled, and the results exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I hired this company to renovate my bathroom, the experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish.
The quality of work was unacceptable - they failed not one, but TWO inspections. This means their work didn't meet basic building code requirements, which is both concerning and unprofessional. Having to deal with failed inspections caused significant delays and additional stress.
Beyond the poor workmanship, their conduct was equally appalling. The team was incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout the entire process. When issues arose, rather than taking responsibility and working to make things right, they were dismissive and unprofessional. The second failed inspection was a simple water proofing inspection. This company installed the shower walls before the city could inspect the water proofing, therefore the inspection automatically failed. Instead of complying with city codes and the inspector, this company decided to get a cheap over the shower tile inspection, to bypass it, cut corners and save costs. Its basically similar to inspecting a car without lifting the car up, seeing under and the insides of the car. A over the tile inspection by a random third party company is meaningless. It is my right to have them re do it free of charge and pass the inspection properly. They decided to leave my apartment unlocked, stop responding to me and denied me a partial refund. After myself and the city of Boca Ratons inspector explained to them that they would lose in court they decided to re do it free of charge. After a whole week if not two, the boss called me in a childish passive aggressive tone and said "ya were going to re do it, you are a great customer, do not ever use us again". I could not help myself with passive aggressive disrespect after two whole weeks of not responding so we had a beautiful conversation. On top of these mistakes they made many more including not insulating my bathroom so garbage and debris spilled over into my bedroom and living room. Some people spill milk and don't want to clean it up. These guys spilled milk, left it on the floor, left with my money and then said bye. A bathroom renovation should be a straightforward project for an experienced contractor. The fact that they couldn't complete the job to code standards, combined with their terrible customer service, made this the worst contractor experience I have ever had.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration - look elsewhere for your renovation needs.

From the first interaction with Eli from Paradise Remodeling, we were convinced that this was the right company to hire to remodel our very outdated bathroom. Eli was extremely attentive and focused on our wishes. He asked many questions during the consultation to ensure that we were going to end up with exactly the vision and functionality we were looking for. At the end of the consultation, he provided a virtual sketch of what the bathroom would look like, and we were amazed at the fact that every detail we talked about was captured perfectly. We were assured that the commitment of Paradise Remodeling was to take care of everything along the way to make the process from start to finish a pleasant and stress-free one. That commitment was met ten-fold.

One of the many positives of hiring this company was that they created a team on WhatsApp to funnel all communications through so that everyone was on the same page during the process. Another big, impressive feature hiring this company was a creation of a spreadsheet where all of the materials (fixtures, vanities, faucets, etc.) we wanted to purchase were entered in on each line item so they could be reviewed and approved measurement wise to ensure they fit in the space, and worked in the way we described to Eli. The other line items on the spreadsheet assisted with the purchase of materials needed for the job. (grout, tile, light switches, wall outlets, etc.) Also provided was a “shopping list” which we took to Lowes and Home Depot. That made things super easy!

We then met with Christopher, the project manager, for the entire job. What an amazing person! He was there every step of the way to answer questions, of which we had many since we had never completely gutted a bathroom before. He was very professional, personable, and most importantly patient with all our questions. He made us feel like we were his only customer, which we knew wasn’t the case. He’s a busy guy! We do suspect, however, that he enjoyed working with us and made himself available because he loved coming over to see our golden retriever, Lily. 😊

The installers, Viktor and Irina, were amazing! With the exception of the demo, which another company handled, they did everything from start to finish. They showed up on time each morning, and literally walked in, said good morning, and then went right to work. I don’t think I’ve ever met two people who physically work so hard in the home remodeling business.

Home renovations do not, however, go without a few glitches here and there. We had just a few minor issues, one being a very persistent
little drip in a pipe under the sink. Not to be deterred, Christopher came back each time the leak was fixed and then decided to rear its ugly head again from another location. And viola! The sink lost the fight! The message here is if there were any issues along the way, they were addressed and resolved immediately and to our complete satisfaction.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Paradise Remodeling. If you are looking for an exceptional experience with an amazing result, this company is for you. Our newly remodeled bathroom is more than we had hoped for. It’s beautiful and we could not be happier.

The Paradise remodeling Team is incredibly professional and very talented. They provide high quality work at a very fair price. Lee and Kobi are amazing professionals, organized and punctual. They kept us informed all the time and if they run into an issue they consult with the entire team to find the right solution and they pivot immediately. My project wasn’t one of the easiest one and they ran into a couple of issues and did a great job finding a solution that worked really well. I would definitely recommend the Paradise Remodeling Team to family and friends!

We bought a 1958 home and did a full interior rehab including moving walls around to dramatically reshape rooms, added a bathroom, new floors, full kitchen reno, etc.
Simon and his crews are punctual, detailed, precise, creative and helpful. Simon helped us firm up our vision, achieve our objectives, and manage cost. The delivery of the work was excellent. Estimated time was 75 days (for a full gut!). We finished in 81 and that included some extra time to do additional work (like replacing ancient heat ducts while the ceiling was open). We're 100% satisfied with our experience and would work with Simon and Paradise Remodeling again without hesitation.

They made sure to keep us posted through out the entire process. I gave 4 stars because the toilet arrived a couple days later then expected but other then that everything went pretty smoothly.

Kobi and Simon were on time, extremely knowledgeable about their work and very friendly and courteous. They were very, very careful with my floors and carpet putting down cloth so as not to make a mess as it was wet outside. Simon knew what would work best for our needs and wants with the shower and we appreciated his expertise.

We are so happy for our new bathroom. Great experience and great team.

Our home was built in 1958 and the old bathroom had many issues but the project went along smoothly and they made sure everything was right once they completed. Definitely would recommend the Paradise Remodeling team to family and friends.

Amazing renovation and tile work completed by Simo and Kobi. They were perfectionists, took time to clean up each day, and pleasant taking time to answer questions. Really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness.
