My initial experience with SpotOn…
My initial experience with SpotOn Capital support has been extremely disappointing. Response times have been unacceptably slow, and it has been nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone.
When I finally did get through, it was clear there was confusion and a lack of organization around your own product and internal processes. There was also a system mix-up related to my request, which only added to the frustration.
Most concerning, the representative I spoke with displayed an unprofessional attitude and ultimately hung up on me during the call. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your customer service standards.
I expect a prompt follow-up to address this situation, along with clear steps your team will take to improve responsiveness, communication, and accountability moving forward.
