Trustworthy & Transparent
They seem to be much more transparent and straightforward than a lot of competition sites out there. Definitely one of the better ones. I’ve had a few instant wins and a few main prize wins now - never from spending stupid money either.
I had an issue a couple of months ago which they kindly sorted for me swiftly and efficiently - they were very fair and they didn’t have to help me in the way they did. It’s nice they keep the team small and it shows when you contact them with any issues, you’re speaking to the heart of the business and not just someone logging on and ticking a box which is always nice and creates a dependable feel.

Reading all the 1 star reviews from the trolls saying “bought 1 ticket, didn’t win” - well I did 👍🏻
Definitely won more money than I’ve put in over the years. Stop being a cry baby and try again.

Hi Sarah,
The name of the winner comes up on the screen in text for everybody to read during the live draw, we then post the winners on our website and across all our social media pages, as well as emailing out a list of winners if you are signed up to our mailing list. You can also turn on subtitles from your side on your device.
A 2 star review feels a little harsh as I really don't know what more we could do from our side in this case.

We can see you have entered one of our competitions and opted in to email marketing.
Every email has an opt out link at the very top. You haven’t opted out, and then have come to Trustpilot to leave a review under a fake name.
We’re not sure of the reasoning for this, but we have now permanently closed your Paragon account.
We understand it’s frustrating when you don’t win, but as you know, it’s a game of luck and it’s out of our control who wins. All draws are conducted live using an independently verified drawing service.

All results are on the 'Results' area of our website for everybody to see, as well as being posted across our social media pages and emailed out to everybody subscribed to our email list. The live draw video also remains on Facebook to be watched back, and the public records are available to view from the independently verified drawing service we use (Random Picker).
I'm not too sure how you've arrived at the conclusion that it's a scam as everything is proven beyond any doubt whatsoever. Due to your defamatory and untrue accusation, we have permanently closed your Paragon account and you are no longer welcome to play.

This simply isn't true as all emails are logged. We can see that you haven't been sent any emails after unsubscribing (our mailing provider wouldn't even allow this to happen).

Very simple platform to use, clear chances and great prizes. Have been incredibly fortunate to win a couple of instant wins and the process to collect was so quick. So many options out there for raffle wins, yet i always find myself coming back here.

Fantastic experience ,friendly hosts with odds where you can actually win a great prize.I watch the live draw every week and last week I missed it due to having guests …………..received a call from Claire telling me I’d won the Lego Titanic something I had been after for a while and yes I took the prize instead of the cash alternative and will enjoy building it.🙂🤛
