Great tree order
Really pleased with the actual trees we ordered and received, but the delivery lead time seemed to take a while, and we ended up having to chase it up. However, once a date was assigned everything was delivered correctly. Trees look really good and we're very pleased.

A myrtle shrub was delivered on time…
A myrtle shrub was delivered on time but was found to be badly damaged on receipt. Contacted Paramount by email who were unable to send a replacement in time - wedding anniversary gift. Refund, including postage, was processed without any problems

Paramount Plants gave excellent…
Paramount Plants gave excellent service. I wanted a large variegated holly. I was able to speak to a member of the team who photographed the stock and sent me a beautiful tree which is healthy and doing well. The delivery service was very good too.

Delivery of the tree was appalling
Delivery of the tree was appalling, Firstly we were given the wrong day and waited for hours before we were told it was "system error". The on the actual day of delivery, we were given various times.

Fantastic service and top quality
We had a fantastic experience at Paramount Plants thanks to Kevin. We had been searching everywhere for the perfect Acer Firecracker, and there was one at Paramount.
The manager, Kevin, really went above and beyond to help us. The Acer itself is absolutely beautiful and clearly very well cared for. The tree was excellent quality for such a reasonable price.

I bought this tree to put in my garden…
I bought this tree to put in my garden for the memory of my husband who died three years ago. I was exceedingly happy with the service from the company. The tree has been put in a very special place and looks absolutely amazing. Red Hawthorn
Bush delivered on time and well packed. However, there was minor damage to one branch. This was easily pruned off without detriment to the overall shape of the bush.
