We had exceptional service with our recent order of a bespoke panel. We were able to choose from a range of materials and colours and was kept up to date with progress. Would highly recommend.
I needed some marble planters made to match existing fake ones. I have NO idea about marble types or how to go about it. Mark was the only person not to treat me like an idiot because of my lack of knowledge. He helped me choose the best marble for my budget (the ones i initially wanted were of course ludicrously expensive and not suitable for planters) and answered my stupid questions with patience and professionalism. The planters got delivered today and are absolutely beautiful. I could not be more pleased with the product or the service.
I needed a piece of stone for a window sill and explained over the phone what was required.
The staff I spoke to on the two occasions were most helpful and informative. In less than a week I had a perfect piece of polished granite with edges bevelled and smooth. It was also a perfect fit.
I will be definitely using this company again.
Emailed a request for a quotation and had my worktops fitted within 12 days, very professional to deal with and the installers were great. I would certainly recommend Paramount to anyone.
Paramount recently completed our second fireplace. Without doubt this company knows its stuff. From the start the team were willing to take on both our challenging very large and very dated, York stone, fireplaces. They did not hesitate in taking on the challenge, which were very tricky installations. The cutting of the marble was perfect - their mantra - measure twice, cut once, really works.
We love the completed fireplaces, they are stunning.

Mark was very knowledgeable and they have good selection of materials in the show room. Gave us a price there and then based on my sketch of sizes with no hard sell. Laser measured our kitchen on the Monday and fully fitted on the Thursday. Dan and Jason the installation team ( big lads ) we’re extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. Excellent service throughout and kept us in touch throughout the process.
Would 100% recommend.
