Amazing customer service. My daughter was going on a school trip to France and my card payment wasn’t working, the person I spoke to was super friendly and helpful, found a different solution, called me back and walked me through everything I needed to do. They seemed to know all about my account and what I was trying to do. I’ve been with Vodafone for 20 years and never had such good service! I had been a bit stressed but they sorted everything calmly and were just so lovely, despite it being 5.30!

We love the product, but the customer service is also brilliant. The instant chat always connects to a real person from the outset, with almost no wait time. Today I spoke with Paul, who was incredibly patient and helpful, going above and beyond to resolve our issue.

Portal is easy to use and customer service is excellent. A great product for those supporting their child with a first phone.

A fabulous company for your child’s first phone. I have used ParentShield for a year for my daughter, we live rurally and she had a non smart phone, so at times signal was very sketchy but we put this down to the phone. I love the fact that she has unlimited access to call us (home numbers) but we purchased the lowest band so she had limited texts. This was actually helpful in stopping her to be a bit silly with the texts when she first got the phone.

Parentshield is amazing. The SIM card offers great protection for children’s phones and the customer service is beyond excellent. Everytime I have called with any query they are helpful, personable and always go beyond in what you’d expect. It’s so nice to speak to people who care rather than the usual chatbot service you get elsewhere. I recommend them so highly and have told everyone I know about them. lots of smartphone free childhood parent members recommend them for the added protections they provide for kids via their SIM cards and for their excellent customer service

As my Year 6 child now wanted to go to school solo, I naturally wanted to provide a safe, age-appropriate device that could be used in case of emergency/communcation. Parentshield (recommended by SFC) was the perfect option. At a low point of £5/month, I can get visibility on calls, texts, block inappropriate words, add limits on calls and a whole host of parent-friendly rules to get kids safe. Plus their customer service allows them to punch far above their weight. Kudos to the founders and the entire team supporting this valiant effort.

We've just cancelled with Parent Shield after a really successful experience. Like many patents, we worries about giving our daughter access to a phone ad being able to monitor her texts and calls has helped us ease her into responsible phone use. She's now ready for a more standard contract and the live chat allowed us to cancel with no drama and great customer service. We will be back when our youngest is ready to explore phone use!

From the get go, the service has been excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the system itself is brilliant. See who your kids are calling and messaging, as well as what they are saying. Filters, Key Words, whitelist and blacklist numbers... All excellent, and for a really good price too. With the SIM and the app, we've been able to teach our daughter about safety in communicating online, and over the years we've had this service, she has learned how to use her phone safely. Highly, hugely recommended for anyone that is worried about their child and their first mobile phone.

I had parent shield sim for my daughter it was great she was always able to call and txt. there was always reception. I also could see who she called and txt. really good for 1st phone for young tweens. As well as this, It is good value and better than any contract

We've used for our kids' first phones and having a bit of control when you need it is so reassuring. The website has all the information you need and the portal is simple and easy to use. The product itself is fabulous. I was anxious about getting my 11 year old son his first phone, but the portal has all the features a parent needs to be confident that their child is safe. However, the customer service is the icing on the cake. My query was answered quickly and efficiently by a real person, with a follow up email providing all the contact details, including a phone number (above rarity these days for most companies) that I could possibly need. I would highly recommend this company.
